The horizontal glass tempering furnace plays a very important role in the glass processing industry.The function of the furnace is the sudden glass quenching after heating to the glass softening point by physical method,which changes the internal and surface stress of the glass,thus making it steel,thus becoming a safe glass.At present,in glass and toughening furnace market,we have different processing methods for different processing industries and various types of glass tempering furnace.The tempered glass produced by horizontal glass tempering furnace is mainly used in the field of construction industry,furniture industry,automobile industry and so on.The horizontal glass tempering furnace is mainly composed of two parts.The main part of this paper is to design and realize the function of the electric control system of the horizontal PG5024 glass tempering furnace.The work is as follows:First of all,by analyzing the processing technology and mechanical part structure function of horizontal glass tempering furnace.The design scheme of electrical control system for horizontal glass tempering furnace is completed.The selection function and quantity of electrical components of the equipment are explained,and the layout and design of the components in the glass tempering furnace,the main circuit and the control circuit are made.Considering the factors such as large voltage fluctuation,dust and heat radiation in the field environment of the factory,the MITSUBISHI FX2n-80MT(PLC)with strong stability and anti-interference is used as the controller of the equipment.The industrial touch screen is used as the monitoring equipment of the glass tempering furnace for the operators to monitor the data in real time and refer to the equipment.Order.And the wire arrangement of the heating part of the horizontal glass tempering furnace is optimized,and the unit heating area is controlled by the method of the unit heating unit temperature monitoring.Then,in order to achieve safe and stable operation of horizontal glass tempering furnace,a transmission loop,heating loop and wind pressure control loop are designed and programmed.The transmission loop refers to the feedback control of the heating distance and the cooling section's rocking distance and rocking speed.The heating circuit is to heat the original piece of the tempered glass to make the temperature control of the solid state relay.The temperature data acquisition module and the thermocouple,which is composed of the thermocouple,carry out temperature collection and feedback to PLC to adjust the temperature.The wind pressure control loop is that the wind pressure sensor regulates the upper and lower wind pressure balance by collecting the wind pressure in the static pressure box and adjusting the motor by the wind pressure regulating motor.Finally,the hardware and software are debugged and run after installation.After six months of operation,the operation results show that the equipment is stable in bad environment,the rate of the steel glass burst is low,and the efficiency of the machine is accelerated because of the increase of automation.The quality of the processed toughened glass meets the national quality inspection standard.
