With rising of the rag trade, the industry sartorius became more and ore important, and the servo controller is the core of industry sartorius. The research and design of this article were done for the item of industry sartorius.The dissertation discuss the elements and the frame of industry sartorius servo control system, and industry sartorius servo control system based on Brushless dc motor is mainly designed and studied . Then ,brushless dc motor is used for servo motor , detailed modeling is made . The dissertation analyse the very important target, and the theory of system braking is mainly analyzed, braking and orientation problem is solved by soft brake and reverse braking. We determine that subsection reformative PID control arithmetic is most applicable of many possible choices after exhaustive discussion, investigation, simulation and comparison. The hardware has MCU 80C196MC as the nucleus controller of system ,and join with IPM RAMX16UP60A, which make up a suit of single , trustworthy and high efficiency servo system hardware circuit. C language and assemble language is mainly used in the design of system software. The module design method is adopted ,the system software is divided into many modules , such as system initialization subprogram, man-machine conversation subprogram, PI subprogram, control function modules, display-memory subprogram and orientation subprogram.
