The Research On Informatization Development Strategy Of Shishi X Hospital

The development of information technology plays a very important role in hospital management,the hospital informationization can promote hospital management standardization,improve the quality of medical services,improve the operational efficiency of hospital information is regarded as the effective means to improve the level of hospital management and service quality.Shishi X hospital is a three level comprehensive public hospital.After years of construction and development,the hospital information system has been continuously improved and its content has been continuously enriched,which has effectively promoted the operation and development of the hospital.In the era of widespread mobile Internet,with the deepening of the medical system,hospitals are also actively exploring how to improve the competitiveness of hospitals with the help of information technology in hospitals,and provide high-quality medical services for patients.This paper uses the problem oriented ideas,briefly introduced the research background,significance and development status of hospital informatization at home and abroad,and then on the Shishi X hospital information development status,development history and current situation analysis,proposed the necessity of accelerating the construction and development of hospital informatization.Through a questionnaire survey,summed up Shishi X hospital information system existing the following problems: the stability and security of the system are poor,system interface interaction and poor friendliness and function of the system is not perfect,and in-depth analysis of the problems of external and internal factors.On the basis of introducing fine hospital management theory and business process reengineering theory,proposed the Shishi X hospital informationization development strategy from the following four aspects as the starting point,respectively,at the government level,strengthen policy guidance,increase financial investment;in the decision-making level,change management concept,make the system overall planning in the management level;HRP,building system,realization of fine management,optimize the Department of information management,the establishment of compound talents,establish performance appraisal mechanism of information;at the technical level,improve the system performance,expand the system function application,to achieve information sharing and interoperability.This research provides a feasible development strategy for the information construction and development of Shishi X hospital,which has certain reference significance for the hospital peers,especially the public hospitals.
