Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine external treatment method in the treatment of KOA and security,and they were compared with the acupuncture and Chinese medicine external treatment.What’s more,in order to seek a kind of high efficient,safe and high adherence to treatment,and to guide the clinical treatment and provide the helping of knee osteoarthritis,they make these numerous effort.Methods:This topic were choosing into standard 90 KOA patients.Respectively,they will be randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine external treatment)and control group 1(acupuncture group)and control group 2(Chinese medicine external treatment group),(30 cases in each group).Both inside and outside needle selection choose ST35、EX-LE4、EX-LE2、ST34、GB34、SP9、ST36、EX-HN24 、 dialectical acupoints for treatmen.And treatment group was in progress treatment in the acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The three groups were treated 1 times a day,5 times as a course of treatment,two days of rest between the course of treatment,and then the next course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment,and randomized controlled research,and using the scale for knee osteoarthritis symptoms and signs,and simplify the McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ),knee joint KSS(Keen Society Score)Score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index scale and patient serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(tumor necrosis factor α,TNF-α)content in the before and after treatment for clinical curative effect observation and judgement.What’s more,objectively evaluated the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine external treatment,and provided help for the standardization of the knee osteoarthritis of tradition Chinese medicine treatment.And at the same time they made a breakthrough in improving efficacy.Results:(1)Baseline comparison:After statistical analysis between the three groups of gender,age,course of diseases,The illness,Syndrome Type,area and grade of X-ray and each index before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),having Comparability.(2)The total effective rate comparison:Acupuncture group,the external treatment with Chinese medicine and the acupuncture external treatment groups were effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.And the acupuncture with Chinese medicine external treatment group total effective rate was 96.66%.It’s significantly higher than the acupuncture group(86.66%)and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment group(79.31%).And what’s more,there were statistically significant differences between them(P<0.05).(3)Symptoms and signs of knee joint total score: According to the results of the three groups’ treatment of symptoms and signs of knee joint,the results showed that the total score difference,F=130.689,statistically significant difference(P<0.05),Post Hoc Multiple Comparisons.Compared with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment group,the acupuncture with Chinese medicine external treatment group had more significant effect.(4)The SF-MPQ Score: After the three groups’ treatment,VAS,PPI,PRI and SF-MPQ scores all have different degrees of lower,P<0.05,and the difference had statistically significant.Comparing two display VAS treatment with after acupuncture group’s traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,the PPI,PRI and SF-MPQ score were significantly less than the acupuncture and Chinese medicine external treatment group.On the other hand,compared with acupuncture traditional group and Chinese medicine external treatment group,the acupuncture with Chinese medicine external treatment group had more significant effects.(5)WOMAC rating scale:The WOMAC scores and the individual scores of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis were significantly decreased after treatment.And the difference had a statistically significant(P<0.05),Post Hoc Multiple Comparisons,prompt compared with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment group,the acupuncture clinical effected with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment group was more significant.(6)Knee KSS score:The KSS score of TCM external treatment and acupuncture for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was significantly increased after treatment.There were plenty of significant differences among the three groups(F=164.076).And they had a tatistically significant difference(P<0.05).Meanwhile,compared with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment group,the acupuncture clinical effect with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment group was more significant.(7)Knee osteoarthritis patients serum TNF-α content: Acupuncture with Chinese medicine external treatment can obviously reduce the content of the knee osteoarthritis patients serum TNF-α.After treatment the three groups had more significant differences(F=123.834).And the difference had a statistically significant(P<0.05).Two comparison shows that acupuncture with Chinese medicine external treatment group and the relative content of serum TNF-α was lower.Conclusion:Acupuncture with Chinese medicine external treatment to treat KOA clinical was to work.And the two together with each other also had a synergistic effect.The simple acupuncture group and pure Chinese medicine external treatment group had the obvious advantage.worthy to clinical promotion.
