Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of“Wen wei yu yang decoction” in the treatment of duodenal bulb ulcer(spleen-stomach deficiency and cold syndrome)in patients, further explore the new ideas and methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease, and lay a theoretical foundation for better guidance of clinical application..Methods:Using randomized control method,90 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 45 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with decoction of the self-designed traditional Chinese medicine “Wen wei yu yang decoction”,while the control group was treated with western medicine "omeprazole ".Both groups were treated with a course of treatment of 4weeks.Observe and record the therapeutic indexes such as TCM syndrome score, ulcer healing under gastroscopy, and safety indexes such as blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram before and after treatment, record the adverse events, conduct statistical analysis, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of self-designed “Wen wei yu yang decoction”.Results:1.A total of 90 patients were included in this study,of which 82 had completed clinical observation.5 patients in the observation group had shed,40 had participated in the study,and3 patients in the control group had shed,42 had participated in the study, with a total shedding rate of 8.9%..2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:(1)after treatment, the total syndrome effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,with the cure + obvious efficiency of 77.5%,and the total syndrome effective rate of the control group was 73.7%,with the cure + obvious efficiency of28.6%.According to statistical analysis, the overall total curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(2)After treatment, the total syndrome score and each single syndrome score of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01),but only in terms of the improvement degree of abdominal pain, there was no difference in the efficacy between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).3.Effect of gastroscopy: after treatment, the total effective rate of gastroscope in the observation group was 92.5%,and the cure and enhancement efficiency was 85.0%;The total effective rate of gastroscope in the control group was 90.5%,and the cure and enhancement efficiency was 83.3%.Through statistical analysis, there was no difference in the therapeutic effect of gastroscope between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the healing rate of ulcer in the two groups was high.4.Safety: no special discomfort occurred in the two groups during the treatment, and no significant change was observed in the releva, both treatment regimens were safe. Conclusion: “Wen wei yu yang decoction” has a remarkable curative effect on duodenal ulcer patients with spleen-stomach asthenia and cold, which can not only effectively improvethe overall syndrome, but also effectively promote the healing of ulcer, and is safe.
