Research On Standardization Construction Of Ningxia Medical And Health Combined Service

Background:In recent years,the medical and health combined service has become an important component of old-age services.Improving the quality and establishing a standardization system for old-age services has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.Some parts of the country have formulated medical care and combined service standards or norms to guide the development of medical and nursing services.However,Ningxia’s work in this area has been slow.According to the characteristics and actual situation of the development of medical and nursing services in Ningxia,and based on the practical experience of some parts of China,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of Ningxia medical and health combined services standardization.Provide reference for the relevant departments to develop a track for the combination of medical care and standardized service systems,standardized operational procedures,and programmatic management.Purposes:Based on the analysis of the necessity of standardization and construction of medical and old-age care services,this study combines the actual development of medical and old-age care services in Ningxia with the construction of national and regional standards for medical and old-age care services.To explore the feasibility of standardized construction of medical and old-age care services in Ningxia,put forward some ideas and suggestions from the writing level of Ningxia Medical and Old-care Service Standards,and put forward some pertinent suggestions based on the problems found during the investigation.It will provide reference for medical institutions andrelevant departments to formulate standards for medical and old-age care services and improve the quality of medical and old-age care services.Method:Questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were used to investigate the current status of the operation and standardization of the combination of medical and nursing institutions in Ningxia.Descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis were used to analyze the problems existing in the actual operation process and standardization construction of Ningxia medical and nursing combined services.Inductive analysis was used to analyze the practice and experience of standardization construction of medical support services in some regions of China.Result:1.Through collating and analyzing the relevant policies of Ningxia medical-support and old-age care service,it is found that the formulation of standardized policies at the macro level or the preparation of the "medical-support and old-age care service standards" at the micro level are relatively lagging behind.2.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the following problems exist in the practice and standardization of Ningxia institutions that carry out medical support and old-age care services: Medical support combined with old-age care services are not available and can not fully meet the needs of the elderly;Inadequate allocation of resources in medical-support and old-age care institutions affects the degree of recognition of medical-support and old-age care services among the elderly;The old people’s cognition of medical support and old-age care service is not in place,which affects the old people’s use of medical support and old-age care service;The service quality of medical support combined with old-age care needs to be improved;The interface between health services and old-age services is not coherent and systematic;A complete system of medical and old-age care services has not yet been established inmedical and old-age care institutions.3.Through summarizing and analyzing the practice of the standardization of medical-care and old-age care services in other parts of the country,it is found that some regions have formulated corresponding service norms for different models of medical-support and old-age care services,and their practical experience has a reference significance for promoting the standardization of medical-support and old-age care services in Ningxia.Suggestions:1.Ningxia medical care combined with the preparation of the elderly service standard ideas: The concept is defined in terms of the goals and principles formulated by medical care and old-age service standards,and the ideas for writing from the aspects of universal basic service standards,service content,service requirements,service management,and service evaluation.It will provide reference for medical institutions and relevant departments to formulate standards for medical support and old-age care services.2.Ningxia medical care combined with the proposal of standardization of old-age service construction: Establish a standards research group to develop a norm-setting plan before standards are established;It is oriented to the needs of the elderly,and aims to improve the quality of service to meet the needs of the elderly and improve the quality of service;We will increase the publicity of medical and nursing services,help the elderly to increase their awareness of medical and nursing services,and guide them to seek medical treatment in institutions;.Formulate resource allocation standards and increase talent training capacity;Prior to the introduction of the guiding policy in Ningxia,the organization may set its own service standards and standardize the services within the institution;Government departments should pay more attention to formulating policies and norms based on Ningxia’s development while drawing on the experience of otherregions;The government departments make laws and regulations to clarify the responsibility of medical care and old-age care,improve the service system,and establish a long-term service mechanism.
