| Along with medical system reform and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for medical service quality,the information management of operation and maintenance of medical institutions plays an increasingly important role in ensuring the safety of medical institutions,which could gain more medical experience and improve service level.This thesis aims to analyze the bottleneck and problems that occurred in the practice of the information management of operation and maintenance of the Q medical institution which is the largest medical institution in Province A,and tries to bring up the optimization scheme to improve the management level of this institution.Firstly,this thesis defines the related concepts of operation-maintenance and the information management of medical institutions,and make a literature review.Then clarifies the research content of this thesis according to connotation of medical information management with four key work areas: repair platform,energy system,medical gas and outsourcing service.Based on above,the author establishes the research framework and technical route.Secondly,this thesis makes a detailed introduction and statistical analysis of the current situation of the information management of operation and maintenance of the Q medical institution.Interview,group discussion,questionnaire and other methods are used to collect the data,and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are used to analyze the data.The author finds four outstanding problems:(1)the repair application channel is single and the maintenance information contention is delayed;(2)the energy management platform is not fully covered and the resource utilization rate is low;(3)the medical gas procurement and liquid oxygen facilities are lack of information management methods;(4)the outsourcing service lacks of data exchange and real-time management.According to the actual circumstances of the research object,this thesis puts forward effective optimization measurements and solutions:(1)Expand the information-based repair application process and improve the function of repair application platform.(2)Use data to conduct energy conservation management and expand the supervision scope of energy consumption platform.(3)Enforce the information management of medical gas dispatching and promote the information upgrading of facilities and drawings.(4)Enforce the information management of outsourcing service process and reinforce the real-time managementof outsourcing personnel and facilities.In the end,this thesis elaborates the optimization scheme,the possible problems in the implementation process and the future development direction from two dimensions of conclusion and prospect.This thesis provides the theoretical basis and implementation method for Q medical institutions to further optimize the logistics operation and maintenance information management.It also provides reference for other large domestic medical institutions to further improve the overall management level and service quality. |
