Clinical Research On Treating Infertility Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Phlegm Dampness With Wu Ji San And Clomifene Citrate

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wu Ji San combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of phlegm-dampness type in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:80 patients with PCOS were selected from February 2018 to October 2018 in our hospital,and were divided randomly into the study group(Wu Ji San and Clomifene Citrate)and control group(Clomifene Citrate).After 3 months treatment,the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:1.From the clinical total efficacy,the total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 82.5%and 62.5%,respectively(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.From ovulation and pregnancy outcomes,the rates of ovulation and pregnancy in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05),while the abortion rate was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).3.From inflammatory factors,the ratio of Th1 cytokines(IFN-y)and Thl/Th2 ratios in the two groups were decreased(p<0.05),and the improvement of inflammatory factors in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in Th2 cytokines(IL-4)before and after treatment(p>0.05).A.From the scores of TCM symptoms,the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group was significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference before and after the control group(p>0.05).5.From the sex hormones,the levels of LH and T of the study group decreased(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,while the FSH of the study group and the control group were not statistically significant before and after treatment(p>0.05).6.From the glycolipid metabolism,the levels of FINS、FPG、HOMA-IR、TC、TG in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.05),while the difference of the levels of FINS、FPG、HOMA-IR、TC、TG before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant(p>0.05).7.From the endometrial receptivity,the proportion of type A endometrium in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the RI was lower than that in the control group,and the thickness of endometrium was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with clomiphene alone,the clinical effect of Wu Ji San combined with clomiphene in the treatment of phlegm-dampness type in PCOS with infertile patients is more obvious.It can effectively increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,reduce abortion rate and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM by regulating inflammatory factors level,reducing LH and T levels,lowering blood sugar and blood lipids,improving endometrial receptivity,worthy of further clinical promotion.
