Healthy poverty alleviation is an important link in the process of tackling poverty.Using participatory observation method and inte rview method to carry out in-depth investigation and research on he alth poverty alleviation work in Naliang Town,Fangchenggang City,Guangxi,in order to understand the current situation,existing prob lems and countermeasures of health poverty alleviation work in my country's frontier ethnic areas.The study found that border areas i n ethnic areas have done a lot of work in health poverty alleviatio n work,and achieved good results.The reimbursement ratio has inc reased,the procedures are more convenient,the medical and health service capabilities have been improved,and the maternal and child health services have been strengthened.However,there are also in adequate understanding of policies for helping cadres and people in difficulty,limited medical and health conditions in rural areas,insu fficient accuracy of health assistance measures,low satisfaction of t he masses,limited government funding,medical chaos from time to time,and serious treatment.Prevention and other issues.The count ermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems are to increase investment in the construction of medical facilities,improve the co nstruction of the medical and health system,pay attention to the tra ining of medical and health personnel,and increase the local public ity work on health poverty alleviation work,etc.
