Study On The Phonology Of Chinese Dialects In Xihu Town Of Wusu City

Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this paper is written in a scientific and rigorous attitude.By means of acoustic experiment,this paper investigates the sound and tone system of xihu dialect in contemporary Wusu city,sorts out the homophonic vocabulary of xihu dialect,and makes a synchronic and diachronic comparison,description and analysis of the phonology of xihu dialect.Compared with previous studies on xihu town's Chinese dialect,the biggest difference of this paper is that the phonology of the local Chinese dialect is compared and analyzed with the middle ancient pronunciation,which reflects the division and combination of initials and finals from ancient to present in a more detailed way.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the general situation of the human geography of xihu town,the basis and significance of the topic selection,the research background,methods and ideas.The second part is the description of the phonology of xihu town Chinese dialect.It describes the initials,finals and tones of xihu town Chinese dialect,summarizes the rules of sound and rhyme coordination and the characteristics of two-character group tone sandhi,and describes the overall appearance of the dialect.The third part is the comparison between the phonology of xihu dialect and mandarin.The intonation part USES praat software to make the intonation pattern,compares the initial system and final system of the local Chinese dialect with mandarin,and displays the difference between the sound and rhyme coordination and mandarin in the form of table.The fourth part is a diachronic description of the comparison between the phonology of xihu town's Chinese dialect and the Chinese ancient sounds.This part adopts the dialect processing system version 9.0 to generate a comparison table of ancient and modern sounds according to phonetic records.Twenty-four initials(including zero initials)are classified according to the department.The finals show the prominent characteristics in the evolution process of the initials and finals system from ancient to present according to the characteristics of finals in xihu Chinese dialect phonology.Based on the analysis of consonant,vowel and tone system,I think the Chinese dialect of xihu town in Wusu city belongs to the northern part of lanyin mandarin.
