The separation of copper and lead from complex polymetallic ore has always been a difficult problem for concentrators.In this paper,the separation technology of complex polymetallic sulfide ore in Meizhou,Guangdong,was studied.By carrying out a large number of condition exploration experiments,the reasonable flotation process and reagents system were determined.It provides a reference for the separation of similar polymetallic ore with complex properties.In this paper,the research of process mineralogy was carried out in the early stage,and the results showed that the ore contains copper 7.99%,lead 9.39%,zinc 1.96% and sulphur 33.68%,which are mainly found in chalcopyrite,porphyry,arsenic tetrahedrite,galena,sphalerite,pyrite and pyrrhotite in the form of independent minerals.The sulfide minerals are finely associated with each other in the forms of intergrowth and inlay.Based on the study of technology mineralogy,the experiment of principle flow was carried out by using partial bulk flotation and preferential flotation respectively,and finally,the preferential flotation process was adopted.This paper mainly develops a kind of high-efficiency copper depressant.The following results are obtained through the experiments of lead-first flotation conditions,process structure test and process optimization test:(1)After open-circuit process test,the flotation process of one-stage roughing,one-stage scavenging and two-stage cleaning is used for lead separation,and the flotation process of one-stage roughing,two-stage scavenging and two-stage cleaning is adopted to separate copper.(2)Copper concentrate and lead concentrate were obtained by closed-circuit process test,in which the copper concentrate contains 21.25% Cu and 6.79% Pb with 81.08% recovery of copper.Lead concentrate obtains 53.26% Pb and 8.56% Cu with 74.12% recovery of lead.The recovery of silver in copper and lead concentrate are 71.24% and 17.73% respectively,with a total of 88.97%.
