Based On The Literature Study The Ancient And Modern Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Intestinal Polyps

Purpose : Based on the literature of ancient and modern physicians treating intestinal polyps collected,get the prescription with standard,and the establishment of intestinal polyps treated by Chinese medicine database,statistical analysis,reveals the change of ancient and modern physicians to treat the disease,to explore the regularity of ancient and modern physicians treating intestinal polyps,in order to find effective drugs in therapy intestinal polyps disease.At the same time display of traditional Chinese medicine,provide inspiration and guidance for clinical selection using drugs.Material and method:The ancient sources rely on genuine ancient Chinese medicine large electronic books software "Chinese medical classics","Chang Liu" and "Changpi","Bian Xue","Chang Xun","Ji Ju" and "Xie Xie" as key words of literature retrieval,screening standard documents,records and literature sources,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine library related the ancient books are checked,finishing using electronic and manual search methods,get the right books and Chinese medicine,the establishment of the database.By using the data of modern Wanfang Data,China Biology Medicine disk(CBM),China National Knowledge in Infrastructure(CNKI)and Chongqing VIP journals database,with "polyps" or "polyps" or "intestinal polyp" and "Chinese medicine" or "medical treatment" as the theme,from January 1990 to December 2017 search among the published Chinese medicine for the treatment of intestinal polyps,literature works,combined with the standard selection of prescription in accordance with the requirements of the establishment of the database,statistical analysis.Compare the statistical results,summarize the similarities and differences of the treatment of intestinal polyps in ancient and modern times.Results:1.intestinal polyps probably equivalent to TCM "Chang Liu" and "Changpi","Bian Xue","Chang Xun","Ji Ju" and "Xie Xie" disease category.2.the ancient literature according to the standard,summed up 162 conforms to the standard prescriptions,involving 188 flavors of Chinese medicine,and the total frequency of the drug was 1096 times.The highest frequency was 56 times,the lowest was 1 times.According to the inclusion criteria,the modern literature was sorted out 100 prescriptions which accords with the standard,involving 179 herbs,and the total frequency of drug emergence is 862 times.The highest frequency was 36 times,and the lowest was 1 times.3.in ancient Chinese medicine,the highest frequency of Angelica sinensis used was 56 times.The top three categories were: reinforcing the deficiency,warming the interior and taking the astringent drugs.The highest frequency of licorice use was 36 times,ranking the top three:clearing away heat,reinforcing the deficiency,activating blood circulation to remove stasis.4.Classification of drug prescriptions in the top 30 for the tonic,temperature,heat,Qi,hemostatic,astringent,relieving,blood stasis,toxic insecticide,moisture,water and sedative drugs,30 drugs were used 643 times,accounting for 58.67% of the total frequency of the top30;drugs classified as tonic,heat,Qi,hemostatic,astringent,blood,water,moisture,and wind Zhijing jiebiao drugs,30 drugs were used 468 times,accounting for 54.29%.5.in the ancient prescriptions,the frequency of 218 times the frequency of supplement and the total frequency was 19.89%.The frequency used in this prescription is 164 times,accounting for 19.03%.Angelica,licorice,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Alba are five traditional Chinese medicine with the highest frequency.The ancient qihm used 108 times,the
