As a non-ferrous metal with financial attributes,copper is an indispensable part of the national economy and belongs to the country's strategic resources.Copper concentrate,as the main raw material for copper smelting,accounts for a large proportion in the cost structure of smelting companies,affecting the cost structure of the entire smelting company.Due to the high-value attributes of its raw materials and the complex trading environment,its inspection and testing work has quality risks.Therefore,the study of quality risk management is of great value to the inspection and testing work in the LSKY Quality Inspection Center.The environmental information of the five links of measurement,sampling,sample preparation,analysis and report of the copper concentrate inspection and detection process of LSKY quality inspection center as the object of quality risk management,and carries out risk identification,analysis,evaluation,response and monitoring for the quality inspection center were studied in this thesis.Firstly,the relevant theories and methods of risk management are explained in this thesis;Then,the risk cases within LSKY company and YT group in recent years were analyzed by using the methods of Delphi method,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,risk priority index.Combined with the five links of measurement,sampling,sample preparation,analysis and report of the copper concentrate inspection and detection process of the quality inspection center,a comprehensive risk identification and analysis was carried out from the six aspects of human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement.The key links and main risk concerns of the quality risk of the quality inspection center were obtained,and the risk countermeasures were put forward for the quality inspection center to control the risk;Finally,the operational effects of existing risk prevention and control measures were monitored to ensure the effectiveness and scientificity of the risk management process.In this research,the LSKY quality inspection center implemented a new risk management model of "center of gravity forward",which made the quality inspection center's measurement accuracy,sampling repeatability,sample preparation uniformity,moisture uniformity,moisture determination accuracy,and analysis accuracy,Report accuracy,and the number of report timeouts.All 8 evaluation indicators have reached the expected target 100%.The quality inspection center's risk management has been improved,and the effectiveness of the methods adopted has been verified.The new model provides a reference for similar institutions to implement risk management.
