To Analyze The Medication Rules Of Professor Cui Wencheng In The Remission Period Of Children’s Asthma Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform

Objective: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,the prescription and medication rules of Professor Cui Wencheng in the treatment of children with asthma in remission stage were analyzed,and his academic thought and diagnosis and treatment experience were summarized.Methods: From October 2020 to October 2022,the cases of children with asthma in remission period who were treated in the outpatient clinic of Professor Cui Wencheng in the Department of Pediatrics of Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.After strict screening and standardization of the data,a database of children with asthma in remission period was established.Through the Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform software and data mining technology,the data were analyzed and the results were derived.Then,Professor Cui Wencheng’s prescription rules for the treatment of children with asthma in remission period were analyzed and summarized.Results: 1.Overall results:(1)A total of 216 data were included,and the distribution and frequency of syndromes were lung qi deficiency(72),spleen qi deficiency(68),kidney Yin deficiency(41),spleen and kidney deficiency(22),kidney Yang deficiency(13).(2)According to the statistics of four qi,the temperature and peace are in the majority;(3)According to the five flavor statistics,sweet taste was the most,accounting for 53.17%,followed by bitter and spicy.(4)According to the statistics of homing meridians,most of them were lung meridians,spleen meridians and kidney meridians.(5)According to the power statistics,the most common category was tonifying deficiency,accounting for 46.10%,followed by resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma.(6)The overall drug frequency statistics,the top 18 were: Licorice,yam,Poria codonopsis,Radix astragali,Atractylodes,Rehmanniae radix,Schisandrae fructus,Cornus officinalis,Ophiopogon japonicum,Radix aster,Sangbaipi,Ji Neigold,Angelica sinensis,Tangerine peel,ginseng,jujube,Pinellia pinellia.2.The results of classification:(1)The core drugs of lung qi deficiency syndrome were Codonopsis radix,Astragalus membranaceus,mulberry bark,Rehmanniae radix,Schisandrae fructus and aster;(2)The core drugs of spleen-spleen deficiency syndrome were arenum,Codonopsis,lotus seed,Atractylodes,Poria,platycodon,yam,white lentil,Coicis seed;(3)The core drugs of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome were Rehmanniae radix,cornus officinalis,yam,Poria cocos,Moutan PI,Rhizoma alismatis,Ophiopogonis ophiopogonis and Schisandrae chinensis.(4)The core drugs of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome were Radix rehmanniae,cornus officinalis,yam,Poria cocos,Moutan peel,Rhizoma alismatis,Epimedium and Morinda officinalis.(5)The core drugs of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were cooked Rehmannia,cornus officinalis,yam,Poria cocos,Mony peel,Rhizoma alismatis,Achyranthes bidentata,staghorn gum,ginseng,Atractylodes atractylodes,Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong,Paeony.Conclusion: Professor Cui Wencheng generally treats the remission period of children’s asthma as warming,toning,leveling and reinforcing lung,spleen and kidney,and pays attention to the syndrome differentiation.Professor Cui divides the remission period of children’s asthma into five syndrome types: lung-qi deficiency syndrome,spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,kidney-yin deficiency syndrome,kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,and spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome.There are different methods and formulas in the treatment of lung qi deficiency syndrome:(1)supplementing the lung and fixing the surface,nourishing the soil and producing gold,based on Bufei decoction;(2)spleenstrengthening and qi supplementing with spleen-strengthening and qi supplementing with Shenling-Atractylodes powder;(3)kidney-yin deficiency syndrome nourishing the kidney and moistening the lung,Jinshui Xiangsheng,Mai-wei Dihuang pill as the base prescription;(4)Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome tonifying kidney-yang,seeking Yang in Yin,adding and subtracting with Jingui-Shenqi pills;(5)The spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome is replenished-spleen and kidney,and the combination of Bushen Dihuang pill and Fuyuan powder is used.
