| Objective:To study the effects of the methods of Yiqi Huoxue and Liqi Huatan on B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in congestive heart failure(CHF),and to clarify the therapeutic effects of invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation and regulating qi and phlegm on CHF.Methods:Sixty patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).We ensure that there was no statistical difference in gender,age,medical history and primary disease between the two groups.Both groups of patients were given routine western medicine according to the relevant guidelines.The observat ion group was treated with Yiqi Jianxin Decoction,whi le the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The TCM symptoms、BNP and LVEF were observed after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment.Results:Compared with the curative effect of CHF,the total effective rate of Yiqi Jianxin Decoction group was 83.4%,which was better than that of Western medicine group(56.7%)(P<0.05).2.The total score of TCM symptoms in Yiqi Jianxin Decoction group was lower than that in western medicine group,and there was significant difference between Yiqi Jianxin Decoction group and Western medicine group(P<0.01).3.Yiqi Jianxin Decoction can significantly improve the single symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,the effect is better than that of Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).4.The levels of BNP and LVEF in Yiqi Jianxin Decoction group were significantly improved compared with those in western medicine group(P<0.05).5.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of CHF in the Yiqi Jianxin Decoction group,suggesting that it is safe to treat CHF with the methods of Yiqi Huoxue and Liqi Huatan.Conclusion:The results of this study show that the treatment of heart-lung-qi deficiency and blood stasis stagnation type CHF with the methods of Yiqi Huoxue and Liqi Huatan has a significant clinical effect.It can significantly improve the level of BNP and LVEF and improve the quality of life of patients.It can be used for clinical promotion and deserves further study. |
