Academic Research Of Professor Mao Dexi In Treating Diarrhea Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: To explore the clinical experience and academic thought of professor Mao Dexi in the treatment of diarrhea so as to record and pass on the experience of famous old Chinese doctors ’ experiences comprehensively and accurately.Methods: Retrospective analysis of diarrhea patients from Henan Province hospital of TCM,from 1994 to 2018,was conducted by Professor Mao Dexi in the diagnosis and treatment department,and the cases were collected,and the standards and exclusion criteria were established for screening.All qualified medical cases were recorded into TCMISS to establish the database of catharsis medical cases,and data mining methods such as Frequency statistics,Associat ion Rules Analysis,Entropy clustering,Improved mutual information method and Hierarchical cluster analysis were used.To analyze the clinical manifestations of the discharge of Professor Mao Dexi,the treatment of the disease,the prescription drugs,this article will induct and summarize of Professor Mao Dexi’s medicat ion regularit y and academic thought about treatment of constipation combined with clinical practiceResults: A total of 379 patients and 567 diagnoses met the inclusion criteria.Through input and analysis,the fo llowing conclusions are drawn :1.Of the 379 patients,169 were male and 210 female.Among the clinical symptoms,the symptoms that occur more than 50 times frequently include loose stools,frequent urinat ion,poor sleep,chills,cold limbs,dietary inducement,poor appetite,yellow urine,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,belching,and dry mouth.The most frequent pulse is the string pulse and the chord veinlets.In the tongue pi cture most often appears the tongue is qualitative red,the tongue is qualitative light,moss is thin white,moss is white,moss is yellow greasy.2.In terms of pathogenesis,kidney Yang deficiency and failure syndrome and spleen and stomach weakness syndrome were the main,followed by dampness-heat syndrome.The treatment methods are mainly astringent and ant idiarrheal,warming kidney and spleen,invigorating spleen and qi,removing dampness and prevent ing diarrhea,and clearing heat and dampness.Disease posit ion is concerned with splenic,kidney,bowel,liver more.Pathological factors are related to dampness,heat,depression and cold.3.All the commonly used drugs in high frequency words and the most commonly used dose respectively is: Radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae(10g),Atractylodes macrocephala(10g),Myfistica fragrans(10g),Radix codonopsis(10g),Poria cocos(10g),Dioscorea opposita(30g),Crataegus pinnatifida(30g),Amomi fructus(8g),Psoralea corylifolia(10g),Rhizoma zingiberis(10g),Pinellia ternata(10g),Radix paeoniae alba(10g),Pogostemon cablin(10g),Radix bupleuri(10g),Schisandra mainly warm and peaceful.The drug is mainly about gump,bitterness,and sin.Drugs are mainly in the spleen and stomach.It shows that Mao Dexi has rich experience in medicat ion,such as invigorating spleen and supplement ing qi、relieving diarrhea with astringents、tonifying the spleen and kidney、resolving damp with aromatics、inducing diuresis with bland drug、clearing away heat and drying dampness and so on.2.Diarrhea is located in the large intestine.The main pathogenesis is in the spleen,liver and kidney.Whether acute diarrhea or chronic diarrhea dampness-pathogenic factors are the main pathologic factors.Combining the results of data mining techniques with professor Mao Dexi’s clinical experience.This paper sums up the experience of treating diarrhea.For example,attaching importance to dampness and a variet y of methods to solve,invigorating spleen and qi for spleen and stomach weakness,Qi deficiency causing Yang deficiency shuold warm spleen and kidney,Spleen deficiency and liver depression should support soil and restrain wood,Multiple prescript ions are used for the treatment for branch and root being treated together.3.The introduction of The data mining techno logy in TCMISS,an artificial intelligence software,is a breakthrough in the original inheritance mode and broadens the inheritance mode for TCM research.It is worthy of further promotion and application.It is of great significance to study the rules of TCM formulations and to find new formulations.
