Treatment Of Diabetic Osteoporosis With Modified Duhuo JishengDecoction Clinical Study On Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Through the clinical observation of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in treating diabetic osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency syndrome),the curative effect and safety were evaluated,and new ideas were provided for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: 84 diabetic osteoporosis patients with liver and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 42 cases in each group.Treatment plan: Both groups were given basic treatment of hypoglycemic;The control group was given calcium carbonate D3 tablets,while the treatment group was given modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group,with a total of 2courses of treatment(24 weeks).After the experiment,the data were collected to observe the changes of single score and total score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,and the improvement of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin value,bone mineral density measurement value,blood phosphorus,blood calcium and other inspection indicators.Statistical software SPSS25.0 was used to statistically analyze the relevant indicators,and the changes before and after treatment in each group and between the two groups after treatment were compared,and a true and effective conclusion was drawn.result:1.After treatment,the overall curative effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups is different.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 97.43%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 84.21%,P < 0.05.Therefore,we can think that in improving TCM syndromes,calcium carbonate D3 tablets combined with modified Duhuojisheng Decoction is better than calcium carbonate D3 tablets alone.The symptom scores of patients in the treatment group before and after treatment were statistically tested,(P <0.05),The results showed that the symptoms of the patients in the treatment group were significantly improved after the treatment of calcium carbonate D3 tablets combined with modified Duhuojisheng Decoction.After treatment with calcium carbonate D3 tablets alone,only four symptoms(dry mouth and throat,waist and back pain,soreness of waist and knees,tinnitus)in the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms(P <0.05).2.After treatment,the curative effect of western medicine in the two groups is different.The effective rates of the two groups are 89.74% and 73.68% respectively.The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment is compared,P < 0.05,and there is a significant statistical difference.The total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.3.FPG,2h PG,Hb A1c: Comparison between groups after treatment: There are significant differences in the three items,and the corresponding Z values are-2.532,-2.087,-2.242,P < 0.01,indicating that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in reducing FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c.4.Blood calcium and blood phosphorus: After treatment,the blood calcium and blood phosphorus of the two groups were higher than those of the treatment(P < 0.01),which was statistically significant.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving bone metabolism.5.The BMD values of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment,intra-group comparison and inter-group comparison(P < 0.05),and the clinical effect was exact.6.During the whole research and test,there was no obvious abnormality in the safety indexes of the two groups.Conclusion: 1.The results show that modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction plus calcium carbonate D3 tablets have a significant effect on improving diabetic osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency syndrome),and can improve patients’ symptoms.2.Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions and toxic and side effects in the research process.It can be considered that modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is safe and reliable,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
