Explore Professor Lixiurong’s Experience In Treating Ovarian Cancer Based On Data Mining

Objective: Taking the patients with ovarian cancer in tutor’s outpatient clinic as the research object,data mining technology was adopted to analyze the data results and summarize the medication rule and clinical experience of tutor in the treatment of ovarian cancer,so as to provide reference for TCM treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods: The patient data of ovarian cancer patients in the tutor’s outpatient clinic from November 10,2019 to December 30,2021 were collected.The patient information that met the inclusion criteria was input into EXCEl,and the database was established.Data mining was carried out by frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Extract the medication rule and clinical experience of tutor in treating ovarian cancer.Results: A total of 60 patients and 355 prescriptions were collected in this study,and the data mining results were as follows:(1)General data analysis: Ovarian cancer was most common in middle-aged and elderly women aged46-65 years,and most pathological stages were advanced,surgery and chemotherapy were the most common treatment methods,and the most common pathological classification was high-grade serous adenocarcinoma.(2)Drug frequency analysis: a total of 201 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and the top 20 high-frequency drugs were licorice root,Astragalus membranaceus,Coix seed,Aminococcus mushroom,Six Shenkoji,Saponin SPP.,Fritillaria thunbergii,Lily,Bupleurum,Atractylodes atractylodes,Poria fulva,Jujube kernel,Solanum nigrum,Amomum alba,Pinellia ternata,Radix Pseudostellariae,Radix Paeoniae,keel,Hawthorn and malt.(3)Drug category analysis: a total of 19 types of drugs were involved,the most commonly used antipyretics and qi tonic drugs.(4)Analysis of drug taste by meridian: the most commonly used medicinal properties are warm,flat,cold and slightly cold,the most commonly used medicinal tastes are sweet,bitter and bitter,and the most commonly used meridian by spleen,liver,lung and stomach.(5)Six common drug pairs were obtained from association rule analysis: Astragalus membranaceus-Atractylodes atractylodes,Radix paeoniae paeoniae-Radix Bupleurum,Radix paeoniae paeoniae-Radix paeoniae,Hawthorn-Six Shenqu and malt.(6)Cluster analysis showed four common drug groups:(1)Six shenqu,malt,Poria cocos,Hawthorn,Astragalus membranaceus,Caulis spatholobus,Pinellia ternata,Atractylodes atractylodes,Amomum amomum,Tangerine peel,Kudzu root;(2)chicken’s gizzard-membrane,fire maren frutus aurantii immaturus,magnolia bark,morel,radix trichosanthis,radix scrophulariae,(3)Ophiopogon japonicus,tuber gold,Lily,Thunberg fritillary bulb,Radix pseudostellariae,Oyster,floating wheat,jujube seed,schisandra fruit,keel,albizia bark,licorice;(4)Herba serrata,lotus seed,litchi seed,Hedyotis vulgaris,Coix seed,paeony root,Tuckahoe,Zedoary,Bupleurum bupleurum,Triangulum,Cat’s eye,acacia saponaria.(7)Complex network analysis obtained four core prescriptions: Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome: Astragalus membranaceus,Bupleurum chinense,paeoniae paeoniae,Coix seed,Thunberg fritillary bulb,Pinellia ternata,lilium chinense,Saponella spp.and lotus seed;Phlegm and dampness condensation syndrome:Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes atractylodes,Pinellia pinellia,Coix seed,Thunberg Fritillary bulb,Poria cocos,Saponin SPP.,Bupleurum,Paeoniae alba,Amomum amomum,Shanci mushroom;Deficiency of spleen and kidney:Astragalus,paeony,Bupleurum,amomum,malt,Hawthorn,Six Divine Qu,keel,jujube seed;Syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis: Bupleurum,paeoniae paeoniae,Atractylodes atractylodes,Pinellia pinellia,Magnolia officinalis,Poria cocos,Six Shenqu,Hawthorn,malt,Amomum amomum,ziziphus jujube kernel,Shanzi mushroom.Conclusion: Tutor thinks ovarian cancer based on deficiency of vital qi,cancer indicates sheng as the standard,deficiency of vital qi,for pixu(spleen deficient),cancer and qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm dampness,heat toxin and beat each other,the treatment is given priority to,often choose mend angry medicine health taste to the centralizer,heat antidote,phlegm fights,huoxue quyu medicine to eliminate tumor volume,at the same time combined with liver medicine factors,physical and mental development.
