Observing The Improvement Of Clinical Symptoms Of Su Perficial Gastritis(Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Cold Type) In Children Treated With Wenwei Ointment

Objective: to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Wenwei ointment by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)in children treated with Wenwei ointment.Methods: In superficial gastritis(spleen deficiency cold type)into the standard of 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Children in the treatment group were treated with external Wenwei ointment paste,while children in the control group were treated with wenwei Jiangni granule orally for continuous treatment,the course of treatment was 3 weeks,and follow-up was 2 months after the end.And record the two groups of children with gender,age,illness,such as general situation,and each pain VAS scores,the primary symptom integral,syndrome and symptoms integral,the total integral,syndrome curative effect of syndrome,and is analyzed by statistical software,record the results.Results: 1.General situation: The data of gender,age,disease and other aspects of children in the two groups were compared before treatment,and it was found that P was greater than 0.05,without significant difference,and the two groups were comparable.2.Efficacy evaluation: compared according to efficacy evaluation criteria,(1)Before treatment,all scores of the two groups were compared,P was greater than 0.05,there was no significant difference,the two groups were comparable.(2)After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the main symptom score(P > 0.05).In terms of VAS score,total score of secondary symptoms and signs,and total score of syndromes,P was significantly lower than 0.05,and the experimental group was better than the control group.The scores of secondary symptoms and signs showed significant differences in "fatigue","fear of chills and cold limbs" and "loose stools"(P < 0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving these two items,while the other items showed no significant differences(P > 0.05).After treatment,the percentage of curative effect of syndrome was significantly different(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate of experimental group was 96.42% higher than that of control group was 88.88%.(3)After treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared and it was found that all the scores of the two groups were lower than 0.05,except for the score of "pulse",which showed no significant difference.The scores of the two groups decreased significantly before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Wenwei ointment has a good clinical effect in treating superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)in children.2.Wenwei ointment can improve the symptoms of children with superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type),such as “Epigastric pain;Hiccup and nausea;vomiting clear water;taking less food and dullness;fatigue,cold limbs;loose stools”,etc.,in addition,it was superior to the control group in improving “Fatigue of mind,cold limbs”and “Loose stool”.3.Wenwei ointment can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,and the long-term treatment effect is better than the control group.
