| Objective: To observe the difference of physical and chemical indexes between yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type and Yin Yang deficiency type of hypertension, and to explore the correlation between physical and chemical indexes and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type of hypertension,so as to provide objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of hypertension. Methods: A total of 86 inpatients with hypertension admitted to the Cardiovascular Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into 45 cases of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity group and 41 cases of Yin and Yang deficiency group.Collect the patient’s age, gender, course of disease, smoking history, drinking history, etc;collect the patient’s height, weight, and calculate BMI;collect the patient’s heart color Doppler ultrasound-related indicators LVDd,IVST and PWT data, calculate the LVMI according to the Devervux correction formula;collect data for the determination of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,UA,Hcy in patient serum using an automatic biochemical analyzer;collect the data of serum MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-3,TIMP-I,TIMP-2content detected by ELISA method;finally, enter the data separately. The SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the differences in physical and chemical indicators of hypertension patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity and Yin and Yang deficiency, and the correlation between physical and chemical indicators and Yin deficiency and Yang hypertension patients.Result:1.Comparing the baseline data of patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity group and Yin and Yang deficiency group, there is no statistically significant difference in gender composition and disease course distribution(P>0.05),which is comparable.2.The average age level of Yin-Yang deficiency group was higher than that of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between age and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type, and the correlation coefficient was 0.914;There were no significant differences in smoking, drinking,LVMI and BMI between the two groups(P> 0.05).3.UA,TC,TG,LDL-C in the Yin and Yang deficiency group were higher than those in the Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of HDL-C and Hcy between the two groups.TC,TG,LDL-C are positively correlated with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity, and the correlation coefficients are 0.493,0.136,0.459,respectively.4.The levels of MMP-1 and MMP-2 in Yin Yang deficiency group were higher than those in Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of TIMP-1 in Yin Yang deficiency group was lower than that in Yin deficiency Yang Hyperactivity group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of MMP-3 and TIMP-2 between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsThere are differences in age,UA,LDL-C,TC,TG,MMP-1,MMP-2,TIMP-1 in hypertensive patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity and Yin and Yang deficiency hypertension, and it has certain guiding significance for the differentiation of hypertension between Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type or Yin and Yang deficiency type.Age,TC,TG,LDL-C are obviously related to Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type, which may be used as an objective basis for the TCM differentiation of hypertension into Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type. |
