Research On The Fuzzy Evaluation Of Health Information Literacy Of Rural Residents In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Healthy Central Plains

ObjectiveThis research starts from the status quo of the health information literacy of rural residents in Henan Province,constructs an evaluation index system for the health information literacy of rural residents,and evaluates the health information literacy status of rural residents based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,aiming to rely on health information literacy,To promote the improvement of the health level of rural residents,thereby accelerating the pace of construction of the healthy Central Plains.Method1.Literature Research MethodThrough the research and analysis of relevant literature on health information literacy evaluation at home and abroad,the standards and research status of health information literacy evaluation were clarified,and the framework of health information literacy evaluation was constructed.At the same time,the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was mastered to provide technical support for the research of this subject.2.Expert Consultation MethodIn the form of anonymous questionnaire survey,the opinions of the expert group members were consulted,and the opinions of each round were summarized and integrated and sent back to the experts for their reference.After repeated for many times,the experts gradually agreed their views and reached a unified conclusion.Due to the evaluation standard of health information literacy is not clearly,not directly with reference to the existing evaluation index system,therefore,through combing the relevant research results,proposed a possible health information literacy evaluation index,through rounds of expert consultation,select suitable for rural residents health information literacy evaluation index,and to give the corresponding weights of them.3.Questionnaire Survey MethodThe questionnaire survey method is the most widely used in social investigation.Investigators convert research indicators into measurable questions so that the survey can obtain objective data.Based on the "National Residents’ Health Literacy Monitoring Survey Questionnaire" and closely focusing on the indicator dimensions of health information awareness,health information knowledge,health information skills,and health information laws and regulations,the “Henan Rural Residents’ Health Information Literacy Survey Questionnaire” was designed by ourselves.In order to conduct a questionnaire survey of rural residents in Henan Province.4.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation MethodBecause the evaluation index has different degree of fuzziness,can not use the precise numerical value to carry on the scientific evaluation,so uses the fuzzy operation in the fuzzy mathematics to deal with,in order to carry on the scientific evaluation to a certain objective thing’s good or bad.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the status of health information literacy of rural residents,and made a quantitative analysis of the survey data by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to weaken the fuzziness of the evaluation indicators to a certain extent.Results1.According to the ranking results of weights of first-level indicators,the ranking of weights of four dimensions of health information literacy evaluation of rural residents is health information knowledge,health information awareness,health information skills,and health information laws and regulations,and the weights of each index are 0.28,0.27,0.24,and 0.21,respectively.From all levels of index weight of the total sequencing result,rounding out the top 10 indexes are to master the related concept of health information,is willing to share with others health information,strictly follow the medical workers provide health information,and could detect their own health needs,does not distort the objective health information,and actively to learn health information,master the basic retrieval tools,Being able to retrieve relevant health information,knowing the importance of health information,evaluating the quality of health information and knowing health information are important ways to maintain health.The weight values of each index are 0.68,0.65,0.63,0.56,0.55,0.52,0.51,0.51,0.49.2.From the perspective of the final fuzzy evaluation results,the order of fuzzy evaluation results of rural residents’ health information literacy from high to low is:health information awareness 0.405;Health information knowledge;Health information skills Health Information Regulation 0.052.In the four indicators,the health information awareness of rural residents is relatively strong,while the health information skills and health information laws and regulations are relatively weak.In addition,although the evaluation results of health information awareness and health information knowledge of rural residents are high,they are still at the average level.ConclusionThe evaluation score of health information literacy of rural residents in Henan Province was 82.28 points,the overall level was good.However,there is a large gap between the indicators of each dimension.The relevant government departments should take more measures to promote the health information awareness of rural residents.Promote the construction of health information resources,carry out personalized health information knowledge service;Strengthen health information literacy education,carry out regular lectures on health information skills of rural residents;Establish a health information service platform for rural residents and maintain the authority of health information laws and regulations.
