Objective:To evaluate the rationality of using traditional Chinese medicine(Gu bi fang)in the treatment of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis in early and middle stage knee osteoarthritis by observing the corresponding indicators.Method: Through summing up our orthopedics outpatient recorded in accord with qi and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis patients, passed through the standard screening, will conform to the standard of 60 patients were divided into A,B,C three groups, the treatment for group B for simply using celecoxib capsules,on the basis of group B and group A with involving the traditional Chinese medicine(Gu bi fang),group C for use involving ttraditional Chinese medicine(Gu bi fang)alone. The total effective rate,VAS score and WOMAC score of the three groups of patients before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were recorded and counted.Process and analyze each group of data.Results:1.Statistical test was conducted before treatment among the three groups of patients, and P>0.05 was found to be of no significant difference. Moreover, there was randomness in gender, age, course of disease,VAS score and WOMAC score among the three groups of patients in the study,so the three groups of patients were comparable;2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the three groups was observed, among which the total effective rate of group B and Group C was lower than that of group A,and there were differences among the three groups;VAS scores and WOMAC scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).The improvement of VAS score and WOMAC score in group B and C was lower than that in group A(P < 0.05),and the improvement of VAS score in group C was lower than that in group B.Conclusion:In clinical patients with knee osteoarthritis with qi stagnation and blood stasis, the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(Gu bi fang)has a certain effect.Combined with crecoxib,it can play the role of 1+1>2,and no obvious adverse reactions were found. It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical reference. |
