Research On The Emergency Disposal Problem To Prevent And Control Of COVID-19 In Dalian Pulandian Area

Public health emergency,especially infectious disease public health emergency,is a kind of emergency that needs to be guarded against in emergency management system of China.The emergency disposal of public health emergencies is one of the most important links in the whole process of public health emergencies.Nowadays,in the context of globalization,people flow across borders and trade flows frequently across borders,in the face of the emergency disposal of public health incidents of infectious diseases,a slight carelessness will not only affect the social public safety of our country,but also have a certain impact on the social economy,and then trigger a series of chain reactions,causing people’s serious safety of life and property.The ability to deal with public health emergencies determines the trend of the following public health emergencies.Therefore,it is a big challenge for the whole country and the ability to deal with public health emergencies in various regions of the country.This paper takes Dalian Pulandian Area as an example to analyze the emergency response in the prevention and control of COVID-19.This paper summarizes the successful experience,studies the existing problems in practice,and at the same time,draws on the effective experience of other domestic cities,and puts forward more favorable suggestions for the emergency disposal of public health emergencies in Dalian Pulandian Area.This paper takes “emergency management theory”,“collaborative governance theory”and “community governance theory” as the theoretical basis.Take the prevention and control of “COVID-19” in Dalian Pulandian Area as an example,introduces the current situation and emergency disposal of “COVID-19” prevention and control of Dalian Pulandian Area.Literature review and questionnaire survey were used to summarize and analyze the problems in the emergency disposal of “COVID-19” epidemic prevention and control in Dalian Pulandian Area.In the process of emergency response to COVID-19,problems such as the dynamic monitoring of key groups is inadequate,low social participation and low awareness of prevention and control among residents were found.While solving the existing problems,the advanced ideas and feasiblilty experience of other Chinese cities(Shanghai,Guangzhou)are used to supplement the deficiency and gaps in the emergency disposal system of “COVID-19”epidemic prevention and control in Dalian Pulandian Area.The study on the emergency disposal of “COVID-19” epidemic prevention and control in Dalian Pulandian Area is a rare opportunity to summarize experience in practice,it is also an important reference for improving the theoretical system of emergency disposal of public health emergencies in Dalian Pulandian Aera.
