Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Emergency Management In The Grade-a General Hospital Of Dalian

Since the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2019,the number of infections and deaths at home and abroad has continued to rise,severely disrupting the original order of society and causing social unrest.The new crown epidemic is a contagious viral disease.It is a public health emergency.Due to its suddenness and easy transmission,it has placed a huge burden on medical institutions and tested the emergency response capabilities of medical institutions.As a largescale medical institution,general hospitals play an important mission in the emergency prevention and control of epidemics due to their own public attributes.Therefore,the understanding of general hospitals in response to public health emergencies is of great significance.Based on the interview method and questionnaire survey method,the paper introduces life cycle theory and hospital emergency management theory,discusses the emergency management theory of TCM hospitals for public health emergencies,and introduces the current situation of emergency management in Dalian Grade-A general hospitals.The investigation and research on the problems exposed by Dalian General Hospitals in responding to public health emergencies,concluded that the shortage of medical staff is the most important problem.Effective talent reserve;the survey also found that the hospital has deficiencies in psychological interventions for medical staff and lax management in normalized operation.This article carried out an analysis of the causes of the exposed problems and pointed out the four main reasons for the problems: insufficient crisis awareness,unreasonable management structure,incomplete emergency management system for public health emergencies,and insufficient hospital emergency funding.Based on the successful experience of domestic medical institutions in responding to public health emergencies,improvement measures are proposed in combination with the situation of Dalian’s top three general hospitals.In the end,this article puts forward targeted improvements in response to the shortcomings of Dalian’s third-class hospitals in response to public health emergencies,including strengthening emergency awareness,optimizing the entire emergency management process,improving the emergency security system,and optimizing the emergency management structure.
