Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Emergency Management Of New Crown Pneumonia In S Security Organ

In December 2019,a new coronavirus-infected pneumonia epidemic broke out suddenly in the country.With the rapid spread of the epidemic in the country,in accordance with the provisions of the National Overall Emergency Response Plan for Public Emergencies,first-class responses to public health emergencies have been initiated throughout the country.This is the first time that the plan has been used nationwide since its promulgation.After a period of epidemic prevention work,S City successfully completed the task of epidemic prevention and control,into the post-epidemic period of normalization of management.The public security organ is an important component of the government emergency management system,and the S Municipal Public Security Bureau has undertaken heavy work in the prevention and control of the epidemic situation in the whole city.Although the task of epidemic prevention and control has been completed temporarily,some problems in emergency management have also been exposed in the course of work.Based on the cycle theory and social governance theory of emergency management,this paper studies the emergency management of public security organs in S city by using the methods of literature and interview in the process of writing.In the main part of the article,it first analyzes the current situation of emergency management of COVID-19 epidemic situation in S city public security organs,including the basic situation of the epidemic situation,the responsibility of COVID-19 epidemic situation emergency management of public security organs,a series of measures taken by S city public security organs in the process of epidemic emergency management and the effectiveness of their work.Secondly,taking the emergency management of COVID-19 epidemic situation of the public security organ in S city as an example,the article analyzes the problems arising from the emergency management of COVID-19 epidemic situation in the process of emergency management of COVID-19 epidemic situation in S city public security organ,such as the construction of pre-plan system,training of actual combat exercises,logistics support,implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures,cooperation and cooperation of departments,internal management of units and data application.In view of the above problems,the author analyzes the reasons from the aspects of lack of crisis awareness,emergency preparedness system,epidemic prevention and control policy formulation and implementation,departmental cooperation,work mode reform and lack of professionals.Finally,according to the above problems and the causes of the problems,the article proposes to enhance the safety awareness,improve the emergency preparedness system,optimize the formulation and implementation of prevention and control policies,standardize the implementation of the linkage work system,and optimize the work system during the epidemic.Countermeasures in six aspects:training professionals and standardizing the use of data.As far as the research of this paper is concerned,there are some problems in the prevention and control of NGP in S city,which need to be improved not only in ideology but also in system guarantee and emergency management.
