To Explore The Theoretical Basis And Medication Rules Of Treating Panic Disorder From The Perspective Of Five Internal Organs And Tibetan Theology

Objective:Panic disorder PD(panic disorder PD)is referred to as panic disorder,it is a type of mental illness that seriously affects the life and work of patients.It belongs to the category of mental illness in traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of mental illness is closely related to the five organs storing spirits.This study will systematically sort out the relationship between the theory of five organs storing spirits and panic disorder through the method of combining qualitative research of literature and data mining and quantitative research,and explore the medicine rule of ancient doctors in the treatment of panic disorder from five organs storing spirits theories,with a view to clinical treatment of panic disorder Provide theoretical basis and prescription guidance.Method:This article is divided into two parts:qualitative research on literature and quantitative research on data mining.The qualitative research part of the literature,based on ancient classics of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes the discourses related to panic disorder,and summarizes the theoretical basis for the treatment of panic disorder from the perspective of the five organs storing spirits.In the quantitative research part of data mining,more than 20 classic medical records such as "Case Records as a Guide to Clinical Practice" and "the Sequel of Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians" are selected as the research objects,search for panic disorder medical records in reference books,and incorporate them into the subject research,enter the medical records database through Excel 2019,and summarize the frequency of drugs commonly used in the treatment of panic disorder by ancient physicians,four qi,five flavors,and meridian tropism.Then the Apriori algorithm is used to explore the core drug pair composition,and the K-Means algorithm is used to cluster the drug pairs.So as to comprehensively explore the ancient doctors’ diagnosis and treatment ideas for the treatment of panic disorder.Results:In the qualitative research part of the literature,this article discusses the interdependent relationship between bodies and spirits based on the holistic view of the unity of bodies and spirits in Chinese medicine.expounds that Integration of bodies and spirits are the theoretical basis for the treatment of mental illness from the five organs storing spirits,and also discusses The physical manifestation of the five organs storing spirits.The heart dominating blood and vessels is the material basis for the spirit to reside in the heart.The liver storing blood is the material basis for the soul to reside in the liver.The lung governing qi is the material basis for the spirit to reside in the lung.Nutrient blood is the material basis for the spirit to reside in the spleen.The kidney storing essence is the material basis for the spirit to reside in the kidneyFurther summary analysis shows storehouse of nutrient and the home of the mind.It mainly transforms and distributes qi and blood,the deficiency of qi and blood transformation,the inability of qi and fluid,the damage of yin due to heat,and the unfavorable qi of the Yangming meridian can all lead to uneasiness in the spleen.For fear,it is appropriate to cure the spleen and stomach,promote qi and body fluid,nourish yin and blood,and calm the spleen.The kidney is the place where the essence is,and the essence of aspiration is also.Insufficiency of essence and qi,deficiency of kidney yang,and deficiency of kidney yin make the loss of ambition and fear It should invigorate the kidney and qi,reconcile yin and yang.On the whole,the pathogenesis of panic syndrome is mainly divided into two aspects:Depression deficiency that causes and aggravates panic disorder.In the data mining quantitative research part,this study included 169 medical records involving 247 drugs.According to the statistics of drug frequency,the most frequently used drug was Fushen,with a total of 73 times,followed by liquorice,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,poria cocos,angelicae sinensis radix,milk wort root,ginseng,etc.The most of the four drugs with a frequency of use of 10 or more were cold and warm,followed by neutral property.The main drugs were sweet,followed by pungent and bitter.and the most common ones were heart channel and spleen channel,followed by liver channel,spleen channel and lung channel.The most frequently occurring drug pair based on association rules are atractylodes macrocephala—ginseng、arboruitae seed—fushen、atractylodes macrocephala—angelicae sinensis radix、atractylodes macrocephala—poria cocos、arboruitae seed-ziziphi spinosae semen、grass leaved sweeflag-milk wort root、dragon’s teeth—ziziphi spinosae semen、caulis bambusae—ternate pinellia rhizome、dragon’s teeth—fushen and common yam rhizome—prepared rehmannia root.Based on cluster analysis,seven types of drugs are mainly obtained.The first class of drugs focuses on nourishing yin and calming the nerves;The second type of drugs focuses on nourishing the blood and calming the nerves;The third type of drugs focuses on calming the mind and calming the mind.The first three types of drugs focus on replenishing the heart and calming the nerves.The fourth class of drugs emphasizes both spleen and kidney tonifying,nourishing the kidney and filling essence.The fifth class of drugs focuses on Qianyang,calming the mind and calming the mind.The sixth class of drugs focuses on strengthening the spleen and regulating qi.The seventh class of drugs focuses on replenishing qi and blood.These two types of drugs focus on restoring the source of qi and blood metaplasia.Enrichment of kidney essence can dissolve heart and blood,liver
