Research On The Service Quality Of Medical And Elderly Care Institutions In Guizhou Province

With the increase in the elderly population,how to ensure the elderly to achieve healthy pension has become a hot issue in society.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Party proposed to implement the strategic policy of healthy China and speed up the development of the combination of medical care and support.The study on the service quality of medical and nursing institutions in Guizhou Province can not only further improve the evaluation system of service quality of pension institutions,but also help to improve the service level of medical and nursing institutions,enhance the happiness,security and acquisition of the elderly,and realize the security of the elderly.This study is carried out from seven parts.The first part briefly introduces the main purpose of this research from research background,purpose,significance,summary,content and ideas.The second part not only introduces the concepts of the elderly,the combination of medical and nursing pension institutions,pension services,but also further explains the theories of healthy aging,social support,Maslow’s needs and customer satisfaction,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.The third part introduces the basic situation of the combination of medical and nursing in Guizhou Province from three aspects: the characteristics of aging in Guizhou Province,the relevant policies of the combination of medical and nursing,and the basic situation of the combination of medical and nursing pension institutions.The fourth part uses analytic hierarchy process to empower the indexes of medical and health service,health management service,daily care service,spiritual and cultural service,and construct the corresponding service quality evaluation system.The fifth part makes an empirical analysis on the service quality of medical and nursing institutions in Guizhou Province through the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model,and evaluates the service quality of medical and nursing institutions in Guizhou Province according to the analysis results.The sixth part deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the service of medical and nursing institutions in Guizhou Province.The seventh part is the conclusion and countermeasure.On the basis of empowering the evaluation index of service quality of medical and nursing institutions in Guizhou Province,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantify the service quality of medical and nursing institutions.The results showed that,first,the comprehensive service quality of medical and nursing institutions in Guizhou Province was low,and the score was only 3.037(3 pass,5 full score),among which the score of spiritual and cultural service was the lowest,only2.533.Second,there is a large gap in the quality of services of elderly care institutions in different regions.Guiyang’s service scores are generally higher than those of other cities.It is found that the service quality and fees are not matched,the service supply is not timely,the service personnel are not professional,the service process is not standardized,the spiritual and cultural services are seriously insufficient,the form is mere formality,and the gap between the pension service levels in different regions is large.
