A Study On The Professional Identity And Influencing Factors Of Football Teachers In Elementary School

There are many researches on teachers' professional identity at home There are many researches on teachers' professional identity at home and abroad,but there are few researches on primary school campus football teachers' professional identity.In order to understand the present situation of professional identity of primary school football teachers in Guanshanhu District,Guiyang City,this paper discusses the influencing factors of professional identity of primary school campus football teachers in order to improve the professional identity of primary school campus football teachers and promote the development of primary school football career.This study takes some primary school campus football teachers in Guanshanhu District,Guiyang City as the research object,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,to analyze the identity of primary school campus football teachers from five dimensions: professional identity ability identity,emotional identity,goal identity,belief identity and continuous identity.By comparing the different gender,age,teaching age,professional title,major,educational background,weekly class hours,monthly income level,school area,whether or not teachers in other jobs,the following conclusions are drawn:The professional identity of male primary school campus football teachers is higher than that of female primary school campus football teachers.In the five dimensions of ability identity,emotional identity,goal identity,belief identity and continuous identity,all men are higher than women;the older the primary school football teachers,the higher the professional identity,but the lower the professional identity after 40 years of age;the higher the professional identity;the higher theprofessional title,the higher the professional identity.The professional identity of primary school football teachers is higher than that of other physical education and non-physical education teachers,and the professional identity of other physical education teachers is higher than that of non-physical education teachers.The higher the education,the lower the professional identity of primary school football teachers.The professional identity of primary school football teachers in rural areas is lower than that of primary school football teachers in towns and cities,and the professional identity of primary school football teachers in township areas is slightly lower than that of primary school football teachers in urban areas.
