China’s network information technology has developed rapidly in the 21st century,the efficiency of major enterprises in practical work has been greatly improved,and more and more enterprises have widely used this technology.With the gradual expansion of the scale of information projects,the market competition continues to intensify.Therefore,in order to stand out in many enterprises,it is necessary to manage the progress of the project,so as to promote the enterprise to establish an information platform and strengthen the management and control of the project.The core content of the information platform construction project management is the project schedule planning method and control.Based on this,this paper mainly studies and discusses the project schedule and control methods,in order to provide guarantee for the orderly progress of the information platform construction project.The purchasing center of Shougang is responsible for the material procurement and supply of the group.In order to achieve the group’s comprehensive control over the material procurement of each production base and achieve the goal of unified procurement,it is necessary to establish a procurement platform suitable for Shougang Group’s own characteristics,so as to improve the procurement efficiency,achieve effective supervision,and promote the integration of procurement business of each base.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of project schedule and control management,this paper analyzes the concept,process and method of project schedule and control by using network planning technology tools and literature research method,so as to provide an important theoretical basis for the effective implementation of the project schedule and control.(2)This paper analyzes the construction project of Shougang e-procurement platform.Firstly,the background of the project is discussed,including the general situation of Shougang Group and the information requirements of material procurement;secondly,the introduction and function of the project are discussed;finally,the actual characteristics of the project are analyzed,including project time,project demand and project progress estimation The research provides sufficient case data.(3)This paper analyzes the planning of Shougang e-procurement platform project,including the project work breakdown structure,activity time estimation and logical relationship determination,network planning and critical path determination,as well as the project schedule optimization process and other contents,so as to provide relevant technical basis for the network planning technology in the project platform control and construction.(4)Finally,this paper analyzes the progress control process,influencing factors,progress monitoring and guarantee measures of Shougang e-procurement platform construction project.The progress monitoring includes the content and method of progress monitoring,and the guarantee measures include organization,technology,contract and other measures.Based on the summary and prospect,the paper puts forward the construction and control of Shougang e-procurement platform project Some effective suggestions and opinions can provide relevant basis for the network construction of other enterprise platforms.The control method proposed in this paper can promote the reasonable operation of the project,make the resource allocation and cost expenditure reach the optimal state,control the project schedule,and ensure the project completion on schedule.
