Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder By Acupuncture Of Tiaoshen Liqi Method

Objective:The objection of the research is to observe and compare the difference of clinical effect on treating generalized anxiety disorder between treatment mainly by Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture,explore the effectiveness of this method in treating generalized anxiety disorder,and provide a new method for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 64 patients meeting the criteria were included in this clinical observation.Randomized number table method was used to divide the patients into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture method,and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.40min/time,once/day,continuous treatment for 6 days a week,rest for 1 day.After 4 sessions,HAMA score,SAS score,STIA score were recorded in 2 groups before and after treatment,compare and evaluate the clinical effect.Results:1.After treatment,HAMA scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),which was significant,indicating that both acupuncture methods could improve the degree of anxiety of patients to a certain extent.Comparison of HAMA scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)was significant,indicating that the treatment group improved the anxiety state of the patients better than that in the control group.2.After treatment,the SAS score,STAI score and TCM syndrome table score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the comparison was of significant statistical,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patient’s state-trait anxiety and improving the health level.3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.34%.It was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the clinical curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Tiaoshen liqi acupuncture treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and conventional acupuncture treatment of generalized anxiety disorder can improve the anxiety state of patients.2.Tiaoshen liqi acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving anxiety symptoms and health status of patients with generalized anxiety disorder.3.Tiaoshen liqi acupuncture has better clinical efficacy than conventional acupuncture in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
