Study On The Emergency Management Of C Community In J City Under Public Health Emergencies

Community emergency management is an important research and practice problem in the field of emergency management.At present,public health events occur frequently.As the most basic level of urban management,communities play a vital role in dealing with public health events and ensuring people’s life,health and safety.Some problems in community response to public health emergencies also need to be addressed.Especially in the case of complex public health events such as COVID-19,more stringent requirements are put forward for basic community emergency management.In view of the complexity and unpredictability of public health events,how to improve emergency management measures?Regular response to public health emergencies is worth studying.This paper selects the topic of research on community response to COVID-19 emergency management,and takes C community in J City’s response to COVID-19,a public health emergency that swept the world from December 2019 to December 2022,as the research topic.Through questionnaire survey,field survey,interview and other methods,a total of 13 people are interviewed,and 450 questionnaires are conducted.Among them,there were 433 valid questionnaires.Through investigation,research and analysis,it concludes that the coordination and allocation of government and social organizations are not in place,the cooperative governance mechanism of multiple subjects is not perfect,and the participation of community residents is not high.In view of the above problems,based on the knowledge learned and the current research status,the emergency management theory,collaborative governance theory and refined management theory are applied to summarize the countermeasures such as clarifying the boundary of responsibility for epidemic prevention and control between the government and the community,establishing a joint prevention and control mechanism with multiple participation,and cultivating the community spirit of residents.The study on the emergency management of C community in J City in response to public health emergencies is helpful to analyze the shortcomings and weaknesses of grassroots community in emergency management,and to find out the loopholes in dealing with public emergencies.On this basis,targeted solutions are proposed,and suggestions are put forward for the community to improve its emergency management level.Suggestions are put forward for the community to improve the emergency management level and stimulate the Community Governance ability.
