| With the economic growth of the society,there are many unstable factors in the community,and all kinds of emergencies occur frequently all over the world.Due to the uncertain and complex influence of emergencies,all countries in the world have suffered huge damage and loss.In particular,the speed of the COVID-19 pandemic caused by the Novel Coronavirus outbreak in 2020 has had a huge impact on people around the world.It is a very important task of social management to study the emergency management of public health emergencies.In COVID-19 outbreak and is common in our country city community emergency management ability of dual background,urban community as the main research object,combined with the mathematical methods,to establish a practical application,a representative,maneuverability,the application value of the evaluation system,the community emergency management capability of quantitative,on the one hand,targeted to promote community emergency ability,On the other hand,it provides reference for government departments to assess community emergency response capacity.Through a large number of literature review,technical experts’ discussion,community field visits and Delphi method,the evaluation index system of urban community public health emergency management ability was constructed,and 3 firstlevel evaluation indexes,9 second-level evaluation indexes and 37 third-level evaluation indexes were determined.Then through analytic hierarchy process,calculate the weight of all kinds of factors that affect the ability index and establish the index system.Finally,combined with the practical example of Xinhua Building community in Guye District,through issuing questionnaires to score the indicators of the index system,calculate the evaluation grades of the evaluation indicators at various levels,and put forward suggestions on improving the emergency management organization and community emergency plan system.Figure 14;Table 20;Reference 50... |
