Research On Professor Fu Xiaojun’s Experience In Treating Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection Based On Data Mining

Objective Using data mining technology to analyze the common symptoms and prescription rules of Professor Fu Xiaojun in the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection,to explore her medication characteristics and experience in recurrent urinary tract infection,and to inherit her academic thoughts.Method The medical records of Professor Fu Xiaojun’s treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections in Jinhua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2022 were collected,screened according to the scheduling standard,and a database was established with Excel software.The frequency analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis of symptoms and prescription information were carried out through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V3.0),and the mining results were analyzed,summarized and summarized,in order to extract the medication characteristics and academic thoughts of Professor Fu Xiaojun in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection.Results Among the 215 medical records included in the study,the peak age of onset was 30-39 years old and 50-59 years old,and the ratio of male to female was about 18.5.The high frequency symptoms of the patients were frequency of urination,astringent pain in dyspnea,endless dripping urine,fatigue,turbid urine,anorexia,and so on,and high frequency drugs included Bupleurum,Poria,Atractylodes macrocephala,Cortex moutan,Moutan,and so on.The traditional Chinese medicine in the prescription is mainly cold,warm and flat,and the taste is sweet,bitter and pungent.Most of the drugs are lung meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian and stomach meridian.Commonly used medicine pairs and drugs are Poria-moutan,Acorus tatarinowii,Bupleurum-Acorus calamus,Bupleurum-Cimicifuga,Acorus tatarinowii-plantain.In this study,five groups of prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis:group 1:Bupleurum,Atractylodes,Radix Atractylodis,Radix Astragali,Radix Atractylodis,Octopus,Radix Astragali;Group 3:licorice,dried Ginger,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Asarum;Group 4:Poria,yam,Cortex moutan,alisma,Cornus officinalis,Radix Rehmanniae.Conclusion Recurrent urinary tract infection often occurs in female patients,the course of disease is prolonged and repeated,and the clinical symptoms are various.The main symptoms are frequency of urination,astringent pain during diarrhea,endless dripping of urine,and fatigue,the pathogenesis is a mixture of deficiency and excess,the location of the disease is related to heart,lung,liver,spleen and kidney.It can be divided into acute attack and chronic postponement.The treatment of acute attack is to clear the evil of dampness and heat,and the chronic delay mainly starts from the kidney,tonifying the kidney and tonifying the kidney,and female patients also use soothing the liver and clearing the liver.Professor Fu Xiaojun is often used to treat recurrent urinary tract infection with Niaolin decoction,Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Liuwei Dihuang decoction,licorice dried ginger decoction,Liuwei Dihuang decoction and Xiaoyao Powder.
