Objective: In this study, the effects of vitamin D(Vit D)on hormone and ovulation status of women with ovulation dysfunction as adjuvant therapy were investigated,so as to provide a new therapeutic idea for infertility treatment in clinical work. Methods: A total of 120 patients diagnosed with ovulation disordered infertility combined with vitamin D deficiency treated and documented in the Reproductive Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from January 2020 to December 2021 were collected and divided into an experimental group of 60 cases and a control group of 60 cases. The experimental group was given letrozole and Vit D,and the control group was given letrozole.Blood samples were collected from the patients on the 3rd to 5th day of menstruation, and the test indicators of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded:(1)Serum 25(OH)D;(2)Glucose metabolism: fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin index(HOMA-IR);(3)Hormones: follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH,testosterone(T),anti-Mullertuan hormone(AMH).Three cycles of ovulation induction were observed, ovulation was monitored by B ultrasound, and ovulation and pregnancy conditions were recorded. The 25(OH)D levels, laboratory indices and ovulation rates were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS20.0(SPSS Inc.,Chicago,USA)was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1.Before treatment, there were no significant differences in serum 25(OH)D level, age, nationality, body mass index(BMI),infertility type, infertility years,AMH,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T,25(OH)D between experimental group and control group(P > 0.05).It is comparable.2.The levels of FPG and FSH in the control group were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);There were no significant changes in 25(OH)D,BMI,FINS,HOMA-IR,LH,LH/FSH,T and AMH after treatment compared with those before treatment(P > 0.05).3.The levels of FSH and 25(OH)D of the experimental group were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);BMI,FPG,FINS and LH/FSH were significantly decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant changes in FPG,HOMA-IR,LH,T and AMH levels compared with those before treatment, with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4.After treatment, the serum25(OH)D level of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR of test groups were lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there were no significant changes in BMI,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T and AMH between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.After 3 months of treatment, ovulation rate of experimental group(93.64%)was significantly higher than that of control group(90.34%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 3 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the experimental group(11.67%)and the control group(8.33%)(P >0.05).Conclusion:(1)Vitamin D adjuvant therapy can significantly improve the serum 25(OH)D levels and reduce the levels of FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR and LH in women with ovulation dysfunction infertility complicated with vitamin D deficiency.Vitamin D supplementation may be a new adjuvant therapy for ovulation dysfunction infertility.(2)Vitamin D supplementation can effectively improve the ovulation rate of ovulation dysfunction infertility patients, but can not affect the pregnancy rate.
