The Clinical Experience And Medication Rules Of Chinese Medicine Master Zhang Lei In The Treatment Of Pulmonary Diseases

Objective: Through the data collection,mining and analysis of the clinical medical records of Professor Zhang Lei in the treatment of pulmonary diseases,the clinical experience and medication rules of Professor Zhang Lei in the treatment of pulmonary diseases are summarized.Methods: The Medical Library of Zhang Lei,Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Complete Book of Zhang Lei’s Medicine,Collection of Zhang Lei’s Clinical Experience and some outpatient medical records from 2018 to 2022 were collected.Microsoft Office Excel 2021 was used to summarize the clinical records of Professor Zhang Lei’s treatment of lung diseases.The clinical medical case database of Professor Zhang Lei’s treatment of pulmonary diseases was established,and preliminary statistics and information summary were carried out.SPSS Modeler 18 is used to perform Apriori algorithm to obtain drug association rules and make complex network Chinese medicine association diagram;SPSS Statistics 26 was used for drug cluster analysis.Cluster analysis was performed using the connection between groups in the system clustering method.The interval was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.The results were displayed by a tree diagram.SPSS Statistics 26 was used for drug factor analysis.Factor analysis was performed by dimensionality reduction.The data in the prescription were tested by KMO and Bartlett’s sphericity.The maximum variance rotation was selected to extract the main factor components,and the common factor and gravel map were obtained.Results: A total of 311 lung disease medical cases were collected,with 554 prescriptions.The top three single medicines used were licorice,scutellaria and bupleurum.The four natures of chinese medicine are mainly composed of calming drugs,cold drugs and warm drugs.The five flavors are mainly sweet,hot and bitter.The returning meridian is represented by the returning lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.Commonly used drug pairs are coix seed-wax gourd seed,platycodon grandiflorum-glycyrrhiza uralensis,ramulus cinnamomi-radix paeoniae alba,roasted ephedra-apricot seed,mori cortex-lycii cortex,eriocaulon buergerianum-celosia argentea,lonicera japonica-forsythia suspensa.Commonly used horn medicine are coix seed-winter melon kernel-reed root,dried ginger-asarum-schisandra..The core drugs are licorice,platycodon grandiflorum,mulberry leaves,wax gourd kernel,scutellaria baicalensis,coix seed,bitter almond,reed root and ephedra.Cough: A total of 33 drug combinations,13 core clusters and 12 common factors were obtained.The core drugs were licorice,reed root,coix seed,winter melon seed,bitter almond,platycodon,mulberry leaf,poria cocos and scutellaria,and Dituru decoction was commonly used.Cold:received 206 drug combinations,seven core groups,five common factor,core drugs as radix bupleuri,radix scutellariae,ginger,jujube,dangshen,pinellia,main licorice,forsythia,platycodon grandiflorum,commonly used small bupleurum decoction.Allergic rhinitis: A total of 2117 drug combinations,3core clusters and 3 common factors were obtained.The core drugs were fructus glutinalis,feather seed,cassia seed,xinyi,cicada slough,mint,chrysanthemum,manjing seed,licorice,commonly used Guqing soup.Asthma syndrome: A total of 1742 drug combinations were obtained,with 4 effective core clusters and 7 common factors.The core drugs are ephedra,bitter almond,fried perilla,scutellaria,wax gourd,licorice,reed root,coix seed and cassia twig.Mahuang decoction and Dizhuo decoction are commonly used.Asthma:A total of 3565 drug combinations,4 core clusters,4 common factors,the core drugs were cassia twig,jujube,magnolia officinalis,scutellaria,bitter almond,paeonia lactis,ginger,prepared licorice,fried Perilla seed.Guizhi Houpo Xingzi Decoction was commonly used.Lung distension:The four natures of chinese medicine are mainly composed of flat,cold and warm drugs,the five taste are mainly composed of sweet,xin and bitter,and the return meridian is mainly composed of the lung,spleen and stomach meridian.Dumb: The four natures of chinese medicine are mainly flat,slightly cold and cold,the five tastes are mainly sweet and bitter,and the main channels are mainly lung,stomach and liver.Conclusion: Professor Zhang Lei believed that the main causes of treatment of lung diseases are two aspects,namely,external feeling and internal injury of zang-fu organs,and the main pathogenesis is lung loss.The six exogenous diseases are mainly dominated by wind,mixed with cold,heat,dampness and dryness,and dampness,phlegm and turbidity are the pathological factors.The commonly used treatment methods are Xin cool to relieve the surface,Xin temperature to relieve the surface,clearing heat and promoting lung,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough,reducing qi and relieving asthma,fuzheng and dispelling evil.Medication should follow the Xuanfa and degeneralize characteristics of lung,and should be "light,clear,transparent,xuan and moist" to strengthen and protect the qi of the spleen and stomach of middle Jiao.The drug use features are "for a period of time","combination of cold and warm" and "combination of hard work".Professor Zhang Lei ’s treatment of pulmonary diseases is commonly used in the eight clinical methods of clearing turbidity and clearing.The representative prescriptions are Dizhuo Decoction,Mahuang Decoction,Guizhi Decoction,Guqing Decoction,Yinqiao Powder,Xiebai Powder and Xiaochaihu Decoction.
