Based On The Ancient And Modern Medical Cloud Platform System To Summarize The Medication Rule Of Professor Chen Xin In The Treatment Of Prolonged Menstrual Period

Objective: This study screened and sorted out the medical records of patients with prolonged menstruation treated by Professor Chen Xin,and we analyzed,counted and summarized the traditional Chinese medicine used in cases with the help of the "Ancient and Modern Medical Cloud Platform System",to summarize the medication rule and the group characteristics of Professor Chen Xin in the treatment of prolonged menstrual period.It broadens the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in treating prolonged menstruation,provides new ideas and methods for clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat prolonged menstruation,and in the future.Methods: Clinical collection: from January 2017 to September 2022,Professor Chen Xin diagnosed and treated patients with prolonged menstruation mainly treated with decoction in the outpatient department of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the outpatient department of Jilin Provincial Obstetrics and Gynecology Center,491 medical records were screened according to the diagnostic criteria and the admission and discharge criteria.Input medical case prescriptions into the "Ancient and Modern Medical Cloud Platform System(V2.3.5)".After data standardization,the basic information of patients,clinical manifestations,frequency and attributes of therapeutic prescriptions and drugs were counted,and the use of association analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis methods was used to discover the medication law of Professor Chen Xin for prolonged treatment period.And by using the methods of association analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis,the rule of medication of Professor Chen Xin in treating prolonged menstruation was discovered.Results:1 The age range of patients is 18-54 years old,and the incidence rate of patients aged20-49 years old is high,accounting for 84.3% of the total medical records.2 A total of 35 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than100.According to the frequency of medication,the top 12 are:angelica sinensis,codonopsis pilosula,bupleurum chinense,dried tangerine peel,donkey hide gelatin,raspberry,cistanche deserticola,baked astragalus membranaceus,white peony,cohosh,ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta;The four natures of drugs are mainly warm,calm and slightly cold;The five flavours are mainly sweet,bitter and bitter;The channel tropism is mainly liver,spleen and kidney;The drug effects mainly include nourishing liver and kidney,raising yang qi,regulating menstruation and relieving pain,enriching blood and nourishing yin,cooling blood and stopping bleeding.3 Set the confidence level to 0.9 and the support level to 0.3,and a total of 60 pairs of related drugs were obtained.Repetitive drug pairs are eliminated,and common drug pairs are obtained by following the clinical practice:cimicifuga and bupleurum,cistanche deserticola and raspberry;Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta;Braised Astragalus and Codonopsis pilosula;Fried Atractylodes macrocephala and Codonopsis pilosula;Chinese yam and Codonopsis pilosula;Fried Atractylodes macrocephala and Braised Astragalus;Peach Kernel and Curcuma;Panax notoginseng and Zelan,argyi charcoal and donkey hide gelatin,dark plum and calcined red stone grease.4 Cluster analysis was conducted on 35 high-frequency Chinese medicines with the frequency of use≥100 times,and four cluster combinations were obtained:the main efficacy of the first type of medicine was to replenish the middle and replenish qi and clear up;The main effect of the second kind of drugs is to nourish yin,clear away heat and stop bleeding;The main efficacy of the third type of drugs is to replenish the kidney,replenish essence and calm nerves;The main effect of the fourth kind of drugs is to promote qi,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.5 Through the analysis of complex network,the core prescription of Professor Chen Xin for the treatment of prolonged menstruation was Bupleurum chinense,Angelica sinensis,Dangshen,donkey hide gelatin,dried tangerine peel,raspberry,cistanche deserticola,white peony,cohosh,and fried astragalus membranaceus.Conclusion: Professor Chen Xin believes that the pathogenesis of prolonged menstruation is the combination of asthenia and blood stasis,which is mixed with heat and depression.In the treatment,it is treated from the liver,spleen and kidney.The drugs are mostly sweet and warm,and less cold and heat products are used.The main treatment is to strengthen the spleen and warm the kidney,nourish the blood and stop bleeding.In case of continuous menstruation,more drugs such as angelica,dangshen,astragalus,raspberry and cistanche are used to replenish qi,replenish essence and replenish blood,supplemented by donkey hide gelatin,argyi leaf charcoal,ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta alba and other drugs to clear deficiency heat and stop bleeding.Menstrual cycle therapy is applied after hemostasis.The main treatment in the late menstrual period is to nourish kidney yin,the main treatment in the inter menstrual period is to promote blood circulation and replenish essence,and the main treatment in the early menstrual period is to promote yang and blood circulation.In addition,clinical symptoms were added and subtracted,such as poor sleep plus gardenia,fushen,and sour jujube kernel to calm the nerves with asthenia heat;Dry stool moistens and smoothes intestines with cypress nuts,raspberries,wolfberry,etc;Use traditional Chinese medicine such as bergamot and malt to treat anorexia.
