Clinical Effect Observation Of Coix With Activate Blood Circulation Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthric Synovitis(Moist Heat Blocks The Meridians Type)

Objective: The clinical efficacy and safety of coix decoction plus subtraction in the treatment of moist heat obstruction type of knee osteoarthritic synovitis were observed and analyze the significance of each score on the scale that provide better therapeutic approaches and ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: According to the conditions of outpatient treatment,72 patients with knee osteoarthritic synovitis who were identified as moist heat obstruction were selected for treatment with the random number method was evenly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases each.The control group was given oral synovitis tablets,The experimental group was given coix decoction plus and minus and both groups were given enhanced exercise and dietary guidance.On the 7th,14 th and 21 st days after treatment,the two groups of patients were observed and recorded by the measurement table,and statistical analysis was carried out to draw conclusions.Results: After 7 days of treatment,the symptoms and signs of the experimental group and the control group improved to varying degrees,but there was no significant statistical difference between the two groups;After 14 and 21 days of treatment,the overall symptom relief degree of the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.There was a significant difference between the two groups compared with the pre-treatment data,indicating that both groups could effectively reduce the main symptoms of synovitis patients.Coix decoction plus subtract has significant clinical efficacy in alleviating the overall symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritic synovitis and improving TCM symptoms.Conclusion: Coix decoction plus subtraction can significantly relieve the symptoms of redness,swelling and pain in knee osteoarthric synovitis that promotes absorption of fluid in the knee joint and improve joint function and stiffness and patient quality of life.It has the advantages of safety and reliability and definite efficacy that deserves further study.
