Study On Improving The Emergency Management Ability Of Luoyang Public Hospitals Under The Background Of Public Health Emergencies

In recent years,public health emergencies have occurred frequently in China and even around the world.At the beginning of 2020,the epidemic situation in novel coronavirus(COVID-19)was called "a major comprehensive public health emergency with the characteristics of the fastest spread,the widest scope and the greatest difficulty in China after 1949"(the press conference was held by the State Council Press Office in Wuhan,Hubei Province on February 28,2020),which has caused great loss of people and property worldwide.As an indispensable cooperative department to deal with public health emergencies,hospitals must have the fastest response speed and the strongest coping ability,but some hospitals will also show obvious deficiencies in manpower,material resources and emergency management ability.Facing the severe situation of sudden public health emergencies,how to improve the emergency management ability of hospitals is of great significance.This article takes L Hospital as the research object,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,to study the problems and countermeasures in emergency management work based on theories such as crisis management.Firstly,summarize and analyze the current domestic and international research,and summarize the basic situation of emergency management in L Hospital for emergencies;Secondly,based on questionnaire surveys and interview results,analyze the existing problems and causes of emergency management.Once again,a series of effective suggestions and countermeasures are proposed for the emergency management of public health emergencies in public hospitals.Finally,draw conclusions and prospects.The research results indicate that the emergency management of public health emergencies in L Hospital mainly faces problems such as a lack of emergency department plans,limited training exercises,insufficient reserve of emergency supplies,insufficient construction of emergency personnel teams,and limited monitoring,warning,and evaluation capabilities.The fundamental reasons for the above problems lie in insufficient emphasis on emergency management,incomplete construction of emergency material support,lack of comprehensive emergency response capabilities of various personnel in hospitals,and a lack of emergency management mechanisms.Subsequently,this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the emergency management level of public health emergencies in public hospitals from the aspects of developing emergency plans by classification,strengthening training and drills,strengthening emergency rescue support,enhancing the comprehensive emergency capabilities of various personnel,and improving the periodic emergency management system.
