Research On The Implementation Effect Of The Medical Alliance Of Zunyi First People's Hospita

To analyze the implementation effect of the medical consortium of Zunyi First People’s Hospital,and provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for further implementation of the medical consortium construction.Based on the framework of Mite-Horn model,this paper introduces the relevant policy information published on the website of the People’s Government of Guizhou Province,the data of the China Health Statistics Yearbook and the survey data of the medical union of Zunyi First People’s Hospital,and conducts a multi-dimensional analysis of the implementation effect of the medical union policy of Zunyi First People’s Hospital.The results showed that in terms of policy objectives,we should strengthen the training of general practitioners and county and rural health talents in the medical federation;In terms of financial resources,there is a lack of special funds for the construction of medical consortia;In terms of the internal organization of the medical association,define the functional orientation and responsibility division of each unit;According to the characteristics of the medical union,we should transition from loose medical union to tight medical union;In terms of social environment,Guizhou’s medical and health resources and distribution lag behind the average level in the southwest and the whole country,and patients are in disorder,and the recognition of the policy of the medical union is poor;In terms of the value orientation of medical staff,the establishment of the medical consortium has increased the workload and work pressure of medical staff.The development of Zunyi First People’s Hospital Medical Association needs to set up special projects and assessment indicators to guarantee policy implementation from the perspective of financial resources;The development of medical consortia should transform from loose type to tight type;According to the health and medical resources and environment in Guizhou Province,and in combination with the characteristics of patients and medical staff,we should promote "primary diagnosis and two-way referral".
