Wood-based panel is a primary way of resource saving and making effective utilization of biomass materials. With the ever-increasing demand of product quality and resource and energy-saving requirements, innovative designing method has become imperative to the devices and techniques of wood-based panel production. As particle-fiber board stands the core of wood-based productions and market demands, in this paper, the author makes an innovative study on the system optimization and design of dosing system which is the key to wood-based board production. The paper is of significance to the analysis and summarization of innovative panel manufacture techniques, it is helpful to panel technique promotion, industrial structure updating and improve the international competitive the productsThe main results and creatively works involve:TRIZ based Logistic Model on the dosing system for particle-fiber panel production. In this study, we made researches on the key techniques of dosing systems in different period of technique evolution and the decision support of predicted technique targets.Quality function deployment method is adopted in this study, and the dosing system user's requirements are transferred into technique measures and product functions. By integrating quality-function deployment, user's needs, component analysis and function analysis we constructed a house of quality for dosing system innovation and technique measure analysis.The author made researches on gluing characters, precise ratio control, dynamic constant-dosing and even glue mixing, analyzed and derived a series of problems of wood-based board dosing systems, and established a product-function model. By applying the theory of technical and physical conflicts and substance-field analysis, the author gave definition to different conflicts and the types of initial substance-fields of in dosing system, and made innovative design of dosing, mixing and gluing equipments and methods by using innovative theories, substance-field conversion and standard solutions.The author constructed a software framework consist of modules for technical maturity, innovative principles, substance-field analysis, transformation module, innovative program evaluation and knowledgebase effect, developed a computer aided dosing system innovation software, and developed the flow of innovation design for particle-fiber wood-based board.Through the study on the dosing equipments and techniques and relevant patent and innovative techniques, this paper provides a practical tool for industry case indexing and computer-aided innovation which is of new concepts and practical basis to the difficulties of equipments and production, and is of guiding significance to the technical innovation of relative industry.
