Researches In Highway Black-spots

A software of traffic safety analysis is made in this paper. On the basis, collection analysis of traffic accident data is finished. The development regulation of safety transportation is found from the complexity system. A Genetic Algorithm model is established to distinguish black-spot. Researches are made to town-road by using traffic conflict technique and confirmed that main reason of town-road becoming black-spot.The developments of traffic safety in the world are expounded. Rules inside of the development process traffic safety are summarized. Tally upping the transportation safety developing, from our country characteristics of safety transportation set out, make selection the thesis with break the point.the road traffic accident analysis system is established, and combine to proceeds to that system with simple introduction.The concept of safety degree is put out according to complexity system thesis. A new idea is bring forward about traffic safety research. A Genetic Algorithm model is established to distinguish black-spot.some inspection are made to domestic roads. The key reason to affect our country is found.Measures are put forward according to different reasons causing traffic accidents. It is confirmed that the main reason is the condition of road in developed country, and the main reason is man in developing country.The research conclusions of the paper are presented .
