Manufacturing,which creates the human fortune civilization,is an industry of mainstay supporting a regional or national economy. With the development of science and technology, the idea is increasingly recognized and accepted by people that world economy is being integrated, and manufacturing is being globalized. Traditional manufacturing is facing a never-happened chance and challenge. The broad application of internet technology has influenced and changed people's life style and production profoundly. And now, the individualized consumption becomes more and more popular,because of the enriched social fortune and the development of economy.Today,in the increasingly intensive competition, manufacturing, especially for the domestic manufacturing, it is a valuable research project on how to improve the competitive power to adopt the variable market with information technology and advanced manufacturing technology. In this dissertation, a method and tool is developed to help manufacturing enterprises improve the ability to quickly respond to the market, which is named networked product marketing and customization system for Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing. According to the domestic situation of product sale and development, this tool incorporates the contemporary integrated manufacturing technology and networked manufacturing technology together with information technology and advanced management theory.Firstly, the overall technology of the system is addressed. On basis of the analysis of traditional mode of product development, manufacturing and customization, the system architecture is presented, and the function view, information view, and organization view of the architecture are described too. And then, a product networked marketing and customization running mode helping enterprise develop domestic and international market based regional A2C and global D2C is presented. An application mode of product networked marketing and customization based on ASP is also presented.Three key technologies are discussed in detail: the dynamic establishing technology of product virtual data house war, the integration technology with other information sub-systems and the technology of system development platform. â‘ According to the integration requirement with other sub-system and the adoption to different industries, the concept of product virtual house ware is presented with the technologies of database and data house ware, and its dynamic establishing technology and implementing scheme are researched.â‘¡ A new system integration mode, which can incorporate product networked marketing and customization with the enterprise internal product design, manufacturing and management, is presented. And the system integration scheme with information sub-systems (4CP, ERP,CRM,etc.) is also given to show the traits of contemporary integrated manufacturing.â‘¢ Based on the requirement analysis, the overall framework is presented for the system development platform of product networked sale customization, and the function models of the platform are designed. A development flow of the enterprise networked marketing and customization system is given based on the system development platform. At last, the application in the Chongqing China&China Corporation is introduced to demonstrate the thinking and method presented. A research fruit named networked sale customization system for contemporary integrated design and manufacturing with this dissertation as the main content passed the identification of China Ministry of Education at December 19th, 2002.
