Study On Index System And Importance Analysis Meathod Of Index In Pump Station Safety Evaluation

This paper has done in-depth research on Index System and Importance Analysis meathod of Index in Pump station safety evaluation. Main contents are as follows:(1)The formation and the causes of pumping station diseases are summarized;The safety evaluation factor set and safety evaluation of pumping station are studied according to related pumping station specification;According to related principles for pump station, the security assessment system of pumping stations project is build; The normalization of pumping station safety evaluation index is analyzed and the quantitative rules of security evaluation indicators are made.(2)The entropy weight method, artificial neural network method and analysis of projection pursuit based on genetic algorithm optimization method are used to calculate the objective importance value of safety evaluation index, then fusing the the results of the three objective indicators calculation method after the resoults passed consistency check..(3)The expert judgment method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and improved order relation analysis method are used to calculate the experts subjective importance of Pump station safety evaluation index; Expert objective importance, including expert prior and posterior importance are studied.Both experts’subjective and objective importance are taken into account to analysis the group decision-making importance.(4)The methods of combination importance of Pump station safety evaluation index are studied with using one of the four game theories called Nash equilibrium to establish the model which can calculate the importance of the safety evaluation index value. The reasoult that calculates on the example which based on each chapter’s instance calculation showed that more scientific and rational importance of value is drawed by using Nash equilibrium.(5) This paper take Pump room II of Gupi Station as an example,carrying out the second development of MATLAB and each calculation method is compiled the corresponding program.so that the feasibility of the methods are all verified.
