Product level reuse can meet the demand of protecting environment and economizing energy sources and material with evident economy benefit. As a novel subject, it is from society practice of mankind. The study of the produce mode would not only provide the theory guidance for application of relative techniques but also deepen connotation and develop extension on manufacture. Quality function deployment (QFD) and some methods of fuzzy mathematics and numerical analysis are mostly employed to explore and research key techniques on product level reuse. Some new concepts and models and algorithms are established.The original creation works mostly are:1. Product level reuse, as a manufacture mode, is introduced. The five developing patterns of product level reuse are presented. The method for analyzing reuse value and a concept model of reuse are given.2. Most used products must be maintained before they are reused according customer requirements and their technique state and available repair technique. Aim at the problem, the waterfall decomposing process on reuse maintenance design based on QFD is established. The emphases is put on study of the first stage- product characteristics maintenance design, which is divided two processes of building and decision-making of house of quality(HoQ).3. The key problem of building HoQ is to determine weights of customer attributes and relative coefficients between customer attributes and product characteristics and correlative coefficients between one product characteristic and another. New fuzzy language values are established to describe the weights and coefficients. The model and arithmetic of fuzzy decision-making coefficient are proposed to determine the parameter values. The approach makes the best of expert's knowledge and the veracity of decision is improved through two language rules to ascertain values.4. In order to set maintenance target values for product characteristics and design maintenance scheme, the linear and nonlinear and 0-1 integer and mixed integer programming models are established respectively to maximize customer satisfaction level or minimize maintenance cost or maximize the maintenance degree, which is to fit different complexions. When constraint values are fuzzy numbers, the fuzzy linear optimization models and their algorithm for solution are developed to design maintenance scheme. Their solution not only considers satisfaction level of constraint, but also gives attention to maximize or minimize objective values.5. The modeling method for components maintenance design based on house ofquality is presented In order to set component improved target values, a mixed integer programming model is built. Employing the model, the decision-making problem that whether a component is maintained or replaced to get the target value is solved.6. Aiming at the problem that used products are fuzzy in technique state, the inverse process approach of QFD is presented. The values of product characteristics and customer attributes can be ascertained respectively from parts layer. A mathematic model to measure customer satisfaction according to the given product characteristic values is shown. The method is valid in evaluating maintenance design scheme and analyzing quantitatively product level reuse satisfaction. The double group cooperation technique is developed to analyze qualitatively product level reuse satisfaction. And the data analysis method of product life cycle based on matrix norm and its mathematic model are constructed.7. The cases need be systemized in order to accumulate experience of product level reuse and provide reference to new problems. The approach of product level reuse case organizing and retrieval is given. A new similitude cosine two-value approach is proposed for case class retrieval. The algorithm can help designers search out the suited case class for design problem more quickly and accurately only through saving one eigenvector for every case class and establishing another eigenvector of the design problem and computing out an...
