Green manufacturing is incarnation of sustainable development strategy in modem manufacturing and network manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing means that fitting to the knowledge economy and network economy. So it has important theoretical sense and practical value to research the technologies which integrating green manufacturing model and network manufacturing model. In order to developing the complex weapon with high quality, fast efficient and clean, a new concept, networked green manufacturing, is put forward. The new idea that developing complex weapon in presently international position based on networked green manufacturing is introduced. Through the medium of studying the connotation and framework of networked green manufacturing ,the integrating and sharing microcosm information of product, an experimental networked green manufacturing system is build for developing syntonic cavity, the key part of electron gun. The main achievements and creative ideas of this paper are as follows:(1) Via discussing character of developing complex weapon system, the viewpoint that study complex weapon by network green manufacturing systems is put forward. The key technologies such as the product information modeling and sharing, the green evaluating model and algorithm, the green manufacturing process for special material are discussed. A new idea that develops nuclear weapon in green and agility via network manufacturing is dig out.(2) Based on the discussion of character, meaning and key technologies of networked green manufacturing, the concept of network green manufacturing is presented. Then point out that the key technologies for complex weapon networked green manufacturing include green design ofnuke physical principle, agile development model, work follow reforming, basic data base and knowledge base founding, green evaluation based on network, special material green process and green manufacturing facility developing, high-power computer simulation support condition, MEMS technology and micro-nanometer equipment developing technology. Afterwards, a 4 layers formwork of networked green manufacturing is set up, which includes support technologies, application tools software, application systems and virtual user interface. In the end, the running model and the function structure of network green manufacturing technology systems are expatiated.(3) Evaluating complex weapon green manufacturing is a typical multi-layer multi-restrict multi-objects colony decision problem. How to set up the evaluation index and evaluation model is key technology for green evaluation system. In this paper, a 4D model including aims dimension-. expert dimension % period dimension and objects dimension is provided. A evaluation system based on Web and data base technology is set up, which supports complex weapon green manufacturing evaluating by take multi-expert cooperative decision fuzzy algorithm and multi-expert in order decision fuzzy algorithm.(4) Information model is the foundation of information integrating. The exchanging and sharing design and manufacturing information of product is core technology for network green manufacturing. Through discussion of main modeling methods, paper set up a microcosm information model follow STEP, XML protocol that based on generalized feature model including green feature. In the more, in order to reuse the current application software, the paper provided a product data exchange systems based on Internet, STEP and CORBA criterion.(5) The thermion cathode microwave electron gun can generate high brightness electron beam, which has important function for both researching free electron laser and accelerator. The high-powered accelerator is basic equipment for study nuclear weapon. Based on the developing syntony cavity, the key part of electron gun, a prototype network green manufacturing systems is set up. Then the mechanism of collaborative design and the principle of green evaluation that based on STEP, XML, VRML, CORBA format are discussed. Some application modules are developed. The system's work follow was presented. In the end, some interface pictures are provided. The networked green manufacturing of syntony cavity is actualized. The possibility of developing complex weapon via network green manufacturing is discussed.(6) Laser menial confinement fusion (ICF) is an important simulation technology for nuclear explosion, so it is a significant way to study nuke in the restriction of CTBT. Based on the green evaluation system mentioned in 3 chapter, the green process for manufacturing minuteness spindle that is a basic requisite tool for ICF is researched. The process parameters optimal model that objects to green manufacturing is established. In the end, the tool parameters, the optimized process parameters are obtained. The process parameters are,/=0.2~0.5mm/min, ap=0.04mm, /i=2000~3000r/min, adopting quasi-dry cutting that use aqueous lubrication fluid. The results of experiment cite the process is green.
