The issue of construction projects sustainable development is a part of strategy of sustainable development.The large-scale public projects are bones and blood vessels of the urban / the region,which construction would change the civic space distribution,having a deep influence on the sustainable development of the urban / the region.But for a long time,all the researches on the sustainable development have been based on the macro or the middle level and there no attentions have yet been paid to the sustainable development of construction project.The height of the awareness to the construction project evaluation has still remained on the level of construction project evaluation,without a new system of the theory and methods.This dissertation,from a new perspective,researches the issues of construction project and its sustainable development based on the in-depth analysis of the civil engineering projects construction and management in our country,with the aim to enhance the theoretical level of the engineering project management,as well as the efficiency of civil engineering projects construction,which could provide the better service to the strategy of sustainable development.1. This thesis,firstly,establishes the theoretical framework for the projects ecosystem,then discusses its general laws.The construction of civil engineering projects involves three large complex systems,including system of the environment,the economic and the society.The connotation of the construction projects sustainable development is the integration of four large complex systems,which includes the system of engineering,economy,society and environment.Starting from the theoretical ecology,the characteristics of the engineering project system is similar to the ecosystems.And the biosphere is the summation of all the ecosystems on earth,thus four complex sub-systems above,ultimately,would be unified by Emergy as their measurement standards.And civil engineering project system is an artificial ecosystems.2.The symbiotic laws are the basic laws of the ecosystem,so the ideal relationship of the engineering project system is the symbiotic relationship.Because of its particularity,large-scale public projects must meet the symbiotic relationship.It is concluded in this paper,through symbiotic relationship proving,public project system,with the sustainable development, is symbiotic system which meet with the symbiotic laws.3.The study on the sustainable development could not be depart from the research of the measurement methods and standards.The approach of multiple ecological footprint based on emergy value analysis is a optimized method based on the biological physics quantity,which not only overcomes the disadvantage of the emergy value and the ecological footprint method,inheriting the merits of the two approaches,but also uses...
