Marine economy will be the important development field for each country of the world in the future. Marine economy includes marine fisheries, seabed mineral resources, accessorial islands and marine transport routes etc. Effective supervision and developing of marine economy related to China's overall development strategy and territorial security. Despite all our Maritime Safety Administration are equipped with corresponding maritime patrol crafts, however, many of them are smaller tonnage with outdated equipments. This has been unable to meet the current requirments of marine supervision. Therefor, under the support of Ministry of Communications, Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration has built the largest tonnage with most advanced equipments 3000-ton marine patrol craft in China at present, named "Patrol craft 31". This ship equipped with two four-stroke line diesel engine as main power plant. The maximum speed up to 22 knots, cruising capacity is 6000 miles by 18 knots speed and Sustainability for 40 days. A part from the necessary power equipment and assisted living facilities, "Patrol 31" also equipped with unconventional equipment as helicopter, satellite communications equipment and video capture and transmission equipments to improve its maritime patrol capability. To guarantee the normal operation of all equipment on board, it is required to design a set of safe, fast ship integrated network as a reliable guarantee basis of equipment monitoring and data transmission.The "Patrol 31 "integrated network system integrates with a ship monitor and control network, a video supervision system and a marine office automation system to form an integrated network. Taking into account the presence of stronger electromagnetic interference and ships rough, vibration, swinging during sailing, the integrated network must satisfy the requirement of anti-interference, anti-vibration to ensure the system good, reliable operation. The network structure using double, upper communications network for widely used gigabit Ethernet.
