The electromagnetic pollution has become as the fourth one except the waterpollution, air pollution and noise pollution, it has been deeply concerned now, theElectromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) technology is the effective tool to solve thisproblem. In this area, measuring is the most important method, it has been regardedboth as the jump-off points and staying points. Research on theoptimization-deployment and Integration strategy of EMC measuring system is asignificant thing both in theory and practice.The dissertation focuses on the optimization-deployment and Integrationstrategy of EMC measuring system in order to search for theoptimization-deployment method and technology. With its help, the many problemscoming from the procedure of EMC measuring system integration, such as time,quality, cost and service, can be settled. As a result, a road which upgrades the abilityof market competition in the EMC system integration industry may be gained. Themain contents and results in this dissertation as following:1. The hardware function models of both equipment and system of EMCmeasurement have been established based on the analyzing the EMC measuringstandard of both the domestic and overseas. The class model and attribute modelhave been established also based on the class and attribute analyzing of hardwareusing in EMC measurement, and then the universal EMC measuring model has beenestablished.2. The two-steps optimization-deployment strategy of EMC measuringhardware is designed. The partial optimization means that the optimization turn ofthe same evaluating system can be gained according to the hardware provider'squalitative and quantitative analysis by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)method. The total optimization means that the optimizing (adjacent) results satisfyingspecific demand can be gained according to the quantitative optimization byappointed standard for the spare providers, so the decision-making can be appliedbased on it. This strategy can optimize the procedure parameters of EMC measuringsystem integration well. 3. The complete hardware optimizing models have been established, including:one is the partial optimizing model of the provider, then the AmelioratedAHP(AAHP) method is provided to improve the way of adjusting weigh and insurethat the expert matrix's weigh is always satisfy with the coincidence indicator byusing the original expert matrix information. The other is the total optimizingmathematical model, and then the Multiple Colony Parallel Genetic AlgorithmsBased on Hybrid Coding (MCPGAsBHC) algorithm is established. The reason whythe MCPGAsBHC's algorithm has the ability to get the solution of the model is alsogiven both the macroscopical and the microcosmic policy. At last, a simulation forthe model and algorithm is practiced.4. The EMC measuring software optimization-deployment strategy, includingsoftware framework and driver, is established. It deals with the problems in usingEMC software nowadays and gives much attention to the demands in the future atthe same time.5. The EMC field model is gained by using SCV tool. Together with softwareframework technology, the EMC measuring software framework based on thecomponent is established then. The model can deal with the problem of universal andclient deployment effectively. The classdriver and specificdriver are designedaccording to IVI structure together with EMC measuring characteristics. With itshelp, the EMC software has the ability of hardware' independence, at the same time,it improves the running efficiency of the EMC-TPS and gives the ability ofsimulation in the programming.6. At last, the Aero Mechanism-Electronic Equipment-EMC (AMEE-EMC)measuring system is developed. The fact proves that the software and hardware'soptimization-deployment and integration strategy of the EMC measuring system iscorrect and practical.
