With the rapid development of economic and society, more and more new air conditioning systems emerge, among of which, Central All-Air System is one of the most important air conditioning systems. It has been widely used in supermarket, palaestra, hotel, cinema and airport lounge with excellent advantage, such as better IAQ, accurate control of temperature and humidity and alterable fresh air ratio. But at the same time, the traditional Central All-Air System has obvious disadvantage such as complexity system, long-playing construction and high installation and maintenance cost. Though no other system can replace the traditional Central All-Air System today, it has become behind the times more and more. So the development of new Central All-Air System is becoming a more important mission.This paper give the discussion of the development of air conditioning in china, and analyze the successful experience of room air conditioning and Variable Refrigerant Volume system, based on which, put forward the development direction of modern air conditioning system is manufacturing production. Discuss the new methods to solve some question in the HVAC system and give a design of a new type air handle units (AHU) which has many merits, such as modularization, optimization design, rapid construction.Analyze the main questions in the new type AHU in which, there are two condensers. Discuss the connection of the two condensers, and give a proposal of system control integration. Debate on the questions of frost in heat pump system, and give the defrost countermeasures.The evaluation of air conditioning system should concern the Capital cost, operating cost and the dependability of system. According to the characteristic of air conditioning evaluation, put forward the fuzzy synthetic evaluation of air conditioning system and use it to have an evaluation for the new type AHU. The conclusion shows that though low COP of the new type AHU, it gains a better synthetic evaluation.
