With the grid construction of high-speed railway and mass production of the Electric Multiple Units(EMU), railway EMU has become one of the most important traffic tools in travel,and the requirement of increasing the EMU interior environment by people,it is already highly attention to how to make the EMU air conditioning system more efficient,effective and accurate.For the problem of high energy consumption and imprecise controlling,this paper has optimized the air conditioning unit of hardware and control mode of operation,in order to run more high efficiency, energy saving at high speed in poor working conditions.This paper elaborated the topic background and research significance firstly,has studied from the perspective of the EMU air conditioning system domestic through the present situation of the development of EMU air conditioning domestic and abroad.And through the EMU air conditioning system working principle and process flow diagram to introduce the EMU air conditioning unit four items and some auxiliary function and working principle.And from the perspective of production design, installation and technological process, according to the key technology and main components of a comparison of the EMU special air conditioning with ordinary air conditioning.After that,with the CRH3 EMU operation mode of the air conditioning system, stating the cooling mode, heating mode, tunnel mode and operation mode.By these operating mode,to make air conditioning unit cooling, heating,cabin pressure controlling and parking protection reasonable.At last,from the perspective of the EMU communications, clarify MVB bus and WTB bus communication principle and model of vehicle bus,completed the CRH3 EMU air conditioning system communicate reasonable.The paper optimized the CRH3 EMU air conditioning unit,improved the efficiency of train air conditioning unit,emphasized the stability, reliability, environmental protection and practical of the CRH3 EMU air conditioning in poor working conditions,satisfied the requirements of the environment inside by people,has a significance for adapting to the rapid development of economy market and the development of the EMU air conditioning in future.
